I hate that this is the only Starbucks drive thru in our area because they make you wait several minutes at the speaker before taking your order and ahead of you is only like 1 or 2 cars who have then been waiting several minutes to just pick up their order. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since 2014 and it really has gone downhill. All I want is to grab a quick coffee on the way to work and I find myself waiting in line for 15 minutes and can’t even leave if I change my mind due to the way the drive thru traps you in.

I came here today for some caffeine and a snack and was met with somewhat of an expected experience from a Starbucks. I ordered their new summer berry drink in venti and i was met with a “no, you can’t” and no real follow up suggesting other items until after i told my wife I would just stop for a Red Bull.
Insult to injury the 5 dollar bacon and Gouda sandwich is a slider.
Will not be back to this particular location.

Food: I love their coffee.
Service: I don’t know if it’s this store or corporate policy, but I waited 20min for a basic hot black coffee. Seems like your order waits in queue even if it’s the most basic OG coffee there is…doesn’t seem right for being a Coffee shop.
Atmosphere: they work with what they have, but the store is so small there isn’t much seating and what there is doesn’t really have the “coffee shop” vibe…you can’t just fade away into a corner and read/work.

I 100% would NOT stop at this Starbucks. There is currently an employee working who currently has COVID. The manager has them wearing a mask. Also, there are several employees who currently have the “super flu” who are still coming in/ being made to feel as though they need to come in because of the managers passive aggressiveness. As a member of the community, and a parent, grandmother, etc, this is alarming to me as I also have family members who are immunocompromised. The health department will be notified of this. This is not the first time I have noticed this problem OR have received this information from talking to baristas there.

I have been to many Starbucks, but this one is my favorite for sure! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and seen! When you walk in the door, they always look up to greet you with a smile! Often times they are extremely busy, and unfortunately people don’t always realize that scheduling numbers is not determined by the store manager, but by corporate numbers. These barista’s bust their tails to get the drinks done in a timely manner, and still be pleasant to the customer. To say the customer is always right is really a motto here… If for some reason you don’t like what you get. They will replace it with a smile. No questions asked! I can only begin to imagine how many customers they see in a day yet they find a way to remember me by name and what drinks I like and also what little changes I like to make to my drinks to make them just right! The manager always goes out of her way to greet me and is always interested in what I have to share. I would love to give a shout out to everyone… But sadly, I can’t remember everyone’s names, so if you’re not named, that doesn’t mean I forgot you! Here are some special baristas who have gone out of their way to make me feel like I am the most important customer they have… Even if it’s only for the moment! Kris, Spencer, Jayda, Zoe, Jaleix, Jenn, Jamie and Destiny…. thank you all for what you do!

I’ve been coming here almost everyday. I don’t usually have any issues but today I had an issue that 1. made me uncomfortable and 2. just overall really upset me and made me question why I support the workers. I ordered my usual order and when I got to the window, my drink was a size smaller. I apologized twice and asked if it could be remade into the larger size and even stated that I would pay for it. I felt bad. The worker in the window stared at me for a few moments and then took my drink back. I never get a medium of my drink so I was very confused and even stated that. When I apologized the second time another worker was also staring at me and I had gotten a negative tone from the window worker. It just felt like I had asked them of too much when everyday I support, give tips, and treat them well. The negativity was just uncalled for…

I just spent $7 for a large strawberry lemonade refresher, that fact that it only had 5 slices of strawberries and hardly any lemonade in my drink is ridiculous for the price. I will not be back to this establishment because you have to make it make sense when they want you to spend all this money for crappy service and product. You’ll need to do better and I barely have ice in it. This is the most terrible drink I ever had, just a waste of money. And it’s not like they be busy.

I’ve probably been to 40+ different Starbucks in 10 states over the last 30 years and this one is one of my top 3!!! Every single barista working here is wonderful and my drink is usually waiting for me by the time I get my app opened on my phone. The team (almost all women) are friendly, incredibly hard-working and always ask how my day is going. They also have to juggle a very small space (just three tables), a busy drive-through window and a TON of orders from delivery apps, and they to it smoothly and unflappably. Shout out to the whole crew for always getting it right and being the lovely humans you are!
