I don’t even know what to say other than I was very disappointed. My Pepsi was mostly seltzer water, my apple turnovers were so cold and I’ll let the chicken pot pie picture talk for itself it is solid. The only good thing was the girl at the window was pleasant. I was so looking forward to some warm comfort food on on a cold rainy night.

Went for a quick dinner trip here. Not expecting gourmet cooking, but edible at the very least. Last customer of the night and yet still messed up the order. I ordered a 3pc meal with mash and gravy, and I only get gravy. The one working the window disappeared with my debit card and never gave my drink. Had the honk my horn and flash light to get someones attention. She got my drink and found my card luckily. Thought to give this place another shot, sadly still disappointed after many years it never changed. So that is not the employees anymore, but poor management now

I was so close to giving this spot 5 stars the only reason I didn’t is because they burnt my livers the last time I went. They get 4 stars because they have livers in the first place. They always have short lines and the food is usually mostly fresh and fast. Thanks.

I got a 16 piece bucket of bone in chicken and four large side orders, macaroni & cheese, green beans, Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. It was good. I had to wait outside in my car for a few minutes because they were having an inspection. They gave me a half gallon of sweet tea, for the wait for free.

We just got 2 famous bowls and there is hardly any potatoes in the bowl at all! There is more corn than potatoes! And the employees were very rude and distracted joking around with each other while we were at the window.

When you want to vote your money and have a hard time, go to this KFC and I assure you it will ruin your day. Rude and inattentive employees with their customers, undercooked food, super heavy manager and is as unpleasant as her employees to receive any complaints. definitely this restaurant should completely replace its staff. This was the first and last time in this restaurant.

Horrible service
Two weeks ago
Pregnant young lady dropped my credit card out the window didn’t apologize
Had my food ready just sitting in the window for 5 minutes
This visit my chicken was cold and looks as if it’s been sitting out for a while
Second trip review dining in:
The manager had an attitude with me and said she could not exchange my food because I took the tray off the counter. This I thought was strange. I had sat not even for a minute when I went back to the counter to ask for a replacement of food. Had not touched the food, just taken the tray of the counter.
The cashier charged me for two extras sides as well that I did not ask for. I ordered two $5 fillups. My receipt does not say this.
Will not come back.
Not sure if you can see from picture but there is no steam coming from food. Was not a pleasant meal.
If you can drive a little further to KFC near the mall. This one my food always was perfect from, never had any complains towards that KFC.
