Think giant donut stuffed ice cream sandwiches rolled into all your favorite toppings, classic shakes, malts and the beloved banana split and much more. At the parlor we hope to bring you many memories. We offer classic games to play and welcome outdoor food. Mrs. Sprinkles Ice Cream Truck is a locally owned truck bringing nostalgia back to Albuquerques North East heights and surrounding areas. Providing a fun and bright environment through events such as birthday parties, graduation parties, employee appreciation, grand openings, schools, sporting events, and more.

Oh my what a wonderful place! I usually stick to my usual cookies and cream but the red velvet ice cream looked yummy! It indeed was! My husband loved the coconut and pistachio double scoop! We are very pleased! The shop is beautifully decorated!!!

When Mrs. Sprinkles heard about the man in hospice whose final wish was a slice of peppermint ice cream pie, she didn’t hesitate. It didn’t matter that her shop was closing for the night or that the pie needed to be made from scratch she tied on her pink apron, whisked the cream, and folded in crushed peppermint until it gleamed like snow under the lights.
She arrived at the home with the pie chilled to perfection, its minty scent filling the quiet porch. The man smiled faintly when he saw it, his eyes lighting up with the same joy she saw in children on summer afternoons. “My favorite,” he whispered, taking a slow, delighted bite. For a moment, there was no pain, no sadness, just sweetness, nostalgic pure love.
A few days later, Mrs. Sprinkles learned that he had passed. The nurse told her his last clear memory was that peppermint pie and how good it tasted. Mrs. Sprinkles stood behind her counter that day with tears in her eyes, realizing that sometimes, the smallest acts: a dessert, a delivery, a bit of kindness can mean everything.

This is the second time I have gone and I finally got to try a seasonal sundae creation (with cookies and cream + mint chocolate ice cream!).
The ambiance is perfect with ice cream memorabilia decorating everything. The vibe is inviting and fun (and the photos and art in the bathroom are worth checking out!).
The staff are very helpful and quick to deliver.

Friendly staff and great tasting sundaes. My wife got the autumn sundae and it was very good. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor toys: Cornhole, hula hoops, chess, and connect four. They also have a sharing library inside which is like a Little Free Library. We’ll definitely be back after trying out the taco place next door.

Super friendly and helpful staff with lots of great recommendations for first-timers. We are adults, and still enjoyed the colorful and child-friendly atmosphere. We got the Dubai sundae and a Build-Your-Own sundae with the non dairy cookie butter and regular cake batter. AMAZING. I could not tell the difference between the dairy and non dairy flavors. Definitely a spot worth checking out for a fun ice cream treat.

This business is quite possibly the most adorable place I have ever seen and has the best staff I have ever had the privilege of being served by, not only is the business adorable but the girl who gave me my ice cream was also adorable. Lauren (the person serving me) had such a fantabulous and splendiferous attitude and she just radiated whimsy!!!
