My son always order the Beignet Burger for lunch and he absolutely loves it. Today It appears as though they were understaffed today. However, the team provided extraordinary customer service.
There was not a long wait for the food. However, the cleanliness of the dining area needed attention today. I realize that the priority was getting the food out. However, a clean dining area is equally important. This is the first time I experienced this issue.

I’ve given this business multiple tries because I always want to support family Businesses that are local. But recently, the quality has gone downhill. The food takes a long time to come out. and overall quality of the food has gotten poor. Attaching the Photos of the chicken strips I was given. Customer Shouldn’t always have to bring it to their attention. They shouldn’t serve food Looks like this.

Ordered on Uber Eats. The pictures show the burger coming with fries, and I ordered additional fries on the side. I received a small burger (which tasted fine) but barely any fries and definitely no additional fries. I am guessing the staff needs some additional training or they need to clarify their menu on Uber Eats to say you don’t get fries (in which case it is more expensive than every other place in town). Either way, the meal wasn’t worth the money in my estimate. Better (and more generous with food) options in town.

For a little place the burgers were very delicious and the onion rings very good. The cold brew and the ice cream shakes were good and the beignets are always delicious especially with bacon and butter cream drizzle.

My daughter and I went there because she heard the burgers were good. As soon as we walked in, I felt the negative energy. The young lady at the register appeared annoyed we were there. I chose not to order but my daughter ordered… to go- because the atmosphere was so “cold”! Needless to say, she enjoyed her food, but we will never go back!

Ordered on 5/10 after work and received food with a dead roach in it. Will not be eating here ever again. I’ve heard this isn’t the first time they have had bug problems!
Edit: I do not know how you could call this a false review because that is clearly your dugout fries in the picture. I spoke with a woman on the phone claiming she was a manager shortly after I received my order. She was very nice and apologetic over the phone and said she would pass this along to another manager. It’s a shame you said I harassed your staff when all I did was let them know I had an issue with my food, but your response is very unprofessional and cements my statement that I will no longer order from your establishment again. Have the day you deserve.

I remember not too long ago seeing Mo Bay Beignet’s opening on the local news to much fanfare and celebration. I’m not much of a sweets person but my wife is so I figured that one day we would pay them a visit. Fast forward a year or so and I see that the owners have expanded their offering to include Bay Town Burger which is definitely up my alley so I knew we would definitely have to make our way over to check them out. Well, that day was yesterday and the good news is that I can tick that box and satisfy my curiosity. The bad news is that it wasn’t all that.
My wife and I both ordered The Players Choice. Both of our meals arrived in a reasonable time frame. Our burgers were pretty good but as soon as I tasted it, my first impression was “Five Guys without the toppings” Okay, that may not be such a bad thing but fries were room temp and stiff as though they had been sitting out for hours waiting on my arrival. My wife’s fries were hot but honestly, they tasted as though someone took some of the same cold, stiff and dry fries and heated them up for her to enjoy. Being that the prices are in line with that of Five Guys, I can’t help but wonder why I would choose Bay Town Burger. Of course, the answer is I won’t and I don’t recommend you do either.
