Best bbq! Ribs are amazing! Best pork steaks, and the jalapeño brats are awesome! The workers are nice and make sure your order is just right. Definitely a must if you’re in the Fenton or Jeffco area in Missouri.

Not much to look at, but they let their cooking speak for them. They don’t open till 11 am, In case you get hungry for BBQ for breakfast, the charcoal open pits are right there on site. It’s such a cool little place the employees have been there for years. They are also priced right but the food is above the pay grade they have set – you will leave there satisfied. They have something for everyone white chili, brisket, brats, burgers, show up and I will be shocked you can’t find something you like to eat.

Tried it out for the first time after our daughter’s field trip. I have no idea how they got the pork steak into the box without it falling apart but they pulled it off. We didn’t need a fork to cut it.

Ribs were awesome. Beans were great.

We’ll be back for sure!

Excellent Barbecue served from a professional food Trailer permanently on site. The Barbecue is smoked and grilled on site, and all plates come with your option of different sides such as corn, slaw, baked beans, potato salad, green beans, etc. The Barbecue is phenomenal and if you don’t get there early, they’ll likely be sold out of slabs of ribs and pork steak plates ! They really are that good and ive been going there as long as they’ve been there several years! The food is just so delicious and tasty you’ll be wanting seconds and thirds! There’s no seating for inside or outside dining. It’s pickup and take home ( or whatever); not forbre st ting on site

I visited on a Saturday afternoon, on the recommendation of a friend. The place is run out a food trailer, with a canvas tent on the side, and multiple smokers and grills. It’s in a good-sized parking lot of gas station with a convenience store. There is a 10-foot pink elephant concrete statue in the corner of the parking lot. Unusual, but fun. The staff were casual and friendly.

They serve ribs, rib tips, turkey legs, pulled pork, pork steak sandwiches, chili, hamburgers, dogs & brats and a variety of sides that you’d expect to find (corn on the cob, coleslaw, beans, potato salad, beans and more). I had a slab of pork ribs with spicy BBQ sauce served on the side, a side of coleslaw, and a beer purchased from the convenience store. The food was served quickly and came out on a cardboard tray. The ribs were smoky, tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned…fantastic. They did not need the BBQ sauce, which was tasty in it’s own right (sweet BBQ sauce was also available). These were among the best ribs I’ve ever had…I’m going back soon.

The only “down” part of the experience was that there is nowhere to sit and no tables. Be prepared to eat on your tailgate, in your car, or somewhere else entirely. Not a big deal.. Overall, this was a great experience. I will definitely return and know this place will be one of my regular go-to places.

Had the rib tips, pulled pork sandwich. I always eat here while in St Louis. They have good sides their white chili and cucumber salad (I want this recipe!) are both delish, both are seasonal. Also like their green beans with a hint of bacon, potato salad and Cole slaw.

First time I’ve visited, I’ll definitely be back. I stopped to get their pork steak meal, but ended up with the dry rub ribs. The ribs were great, loaded with meat. We selected the corn on the cob as our side, and it was moist and delicious as well. I highly recommend!

Incredible meat: tender, juicy, flavorful, especially the pork steak. No knives needed.

Also, Yelp says this place is closed. They are not and are not planning on closing, per the owner.
