Ivy was recommended to me by a family who knows their pho. I quickly went and tried it for myself. It was delicious. Very solid Vietnamese menu with authentic flavours. My party had 3 phos and 2 vermicelli bowls and everyone was happy. The Vietnamese coffee was also excellent and the chili oil definitely had a kick which we loved. Look forward to coming back to try more. Wait staff were accommodating and professional.

Had an amazing first visit to Ivy’s!
My boyfriend and I stopped in for the first time, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Our food arrived within minutes of ordering, super quick service, and the portions were massive, easily enough for leftovers (which I love!). Both dishes were served hot, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
One of my favourite touches was the menu, it had pictures of the dishes, which made ordering so much more fun and helped us know exactly what to expect. The whole place has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
Such a cute spot with great food and great service, highly recommend! ❤️

There was only one Indian girl working and she truly made the whole place feel special. She was not only very pretty but also incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuine. She was super friendly, always had a beautiful smile on her face, and spoke so warmly to everyone. She made every customer feel welcome and comfortable, like family. Her positive energy, patience, and respectful nature really stood out. Because of her, my entire experience was wonderful, and she honestly changed my perspective about Indians in the most positive way. Employees like her are rare and deserve so much appreciation.

WOW WOW WOW! What an amazing addition to Prince George! The food is amazing and fresh, not a bad thing on the menu, prices are also super reasonable. The dining area is gorgeous I love the way it was set up and the staff are beyond friendly! They get super busy quite often so be prepared to be a little patient but it is so worth it! Will be back many times over.

Great service! Nice place, I got the pork patty banh mi (viet sub) and it was not bad! I would like more daikon next time though, and more fillings would be great I think. Thanks

This place is a gem! My first time in and the food was incredible and very reasonably priced. I had the grilled lemongrass chicken bahn mi and a grilled pork patty salad roll with peanut sauce, both were delicious! I will be coming back for more next time I am in town.

I’ve always enjoyed the flavor of the dishes at Ivy’s especially the pho, which is usually quite good. But over time, I’ve noticed several issues that make the experience less enjoyable.
Portion sizes, especially the protein, are inconsistent. Sometimes it’s generous, other times noticeably lacking. And while basil is a staple in pho, you’re lucky if they even have it let alone include it without asking.
Flexibility with dietary preferences is also lacking. My friend is vegetarian and doesn’t eat tofu, but when we asked to substitute tofu for extra vegetables, the only option offered was lettuce not a satisfying alternative.
One of the biggest downsides is the extra charges. Ivy’s is the only restaurant I know that charges for takeout containers when you have leftovers. It honestly makes me not want to order too much, which is a missed opportunity for them to make more money. Even when ordering pho to go, the hoisin and sriracha containers are only half full, and asking for more costs an extra dollar. Meanwhile, if you dine in, those sauces are freely available on the table.
I want to support Ivy’s because the food can be great, but these small frustrations add up and make me hesitant to return.

This was the absolute worst experience that I ever had at Ivy‘s kitchen. I get there after starving all day. The guy takes our order number one and gets three things wrong. No problem. We let it go ordered the coconut water. Didn’t get the coconut water at the end of the service go over to the Girl ask her if she’s making the coconut water. My girl looks at me and like no I’m not making the coconut water. I don’t know. Maybe I was supposed to be making the coconut water. I didn’t know so I said OK. Well, you could take the coconut water off of the bill because we won’t be getting it. Go to pay the bill now they tell me that I asked for containers did not ask for containers ate my meal and was ready to go as I’m ready to go because the coconut water girl is upset and is looking for a fight. I don’t know politeness the service was absolutely disgusting and terrible and I really hope they do Better

Ivy’s Family Kitchen is my favorite place to dine for so many reasons! They are beautiful-hearted people who put their soul into their restaurant, and it shows! It is well lit, and their accent walls are gorgeous, their chairs are comfortable and sturdy, and the decor is gorgeous! The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, even when they are swamped with orders via telephone, in-person coming to pick up orders, and with customers sitting in the restaurant. They never get a moments rest (on Fridays, it appears), but their attitudes are always welcoming and friendly. Their food remains consistently delicious It is TOUGH to find a restaurant in Prince George with consistently delectable food. Most places are hit or miss, but I’ve never had a bad dish here yet! I 100% recommend you all take a minute to go and experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. We had their spring rolls as well, but we devoured them before we took a picture Haha! Enjoy!
