Mazatlán Mexican Grill is phenomenal! The food is delicious and the service is incredible. The staff is very friendly and kind, and the place is very clean. They also have a big parking lot, which is very important and convenient. Everything was great I just didn’t like the water, but besides that, it was an excellent experience.

Mazatlán is a fantastic spot! There’s plenty of parking, and the restaurant itself is large with lots of seating. The décor is colorful and authentic with a strong Mexican theme, and the lighting sets the mood nicely—bright and lively in the dining area, while the bar area has a cozier, dimmer vibe. The atmosphere was great, with music playing in the background, but never too loud—just right to enjoy your meal and conversation.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, switching easily between Spanish and English. The menu is extensive with lots of pictures (which I love—it’s always nice to see the food before ordering). There are tons of options, including a dedicated vegetarian section. Prices are fair, and portions are huge. Right away, they welcome you with tortillas and sides of hot salsa and a red bean dip, which was a nice touch.
We tried the House Margaritas, and they were excellent—very tasty and probably double the size of margaritas at other places. For food, I ordered the Mazatlán Chicken Chimichanga, which was seasoned perfectly, flavorful without being overwhelming, and surprisingly not heavy or greasy for a fried dish. We also had the burrito bowl, which was absolutely delicious (though I would have loved just a little more cotija cheese). For dessert, we shared the tres leches cake. It was good, though I think it would be even better without the chocolate drizzle—dulce de leche would pair more naturally with the cake.
Overall, Mazatlán offers delicious food, generous portions, a lively but comfortable atmosphere, and excellent service. We left full and happy, and we’ll definitely be back soon!

The restaurant is very clean with super friendly service. They are attentive and helpful with fast service for drinks and food. The menu is HUGE- everyone will find something they like, including a big dessert section. Food portions were large and delicious! Ask for Enrique as a server-he was great! The bar area has tvs to watch football or whatever sport you enjoy. The decorations are bright and festive as you would expect for a Mexican place.

First visit to this special restaurant for a family birthday. Excellent food and service. Portions are Very generous, ingredients fresh and a large varied menu to meet the needs of those in our party who love spicy, avoid spice, gluten and dairy free options. Highly recommend. We will be back !

This place offers good Mexican food, has cheerful service and basic Mexican themed decorations. It’s certainly not fancy but it is nice enough that my wife and I have been several times in the last few months. Each time it showed the aspects I noted above that make it a solid place to visit for a good meal that is reasonably priced. They also have good prices on beers as well.

Great service. We showed up end of night right before the kitchen was closing but everyone was great. Never felt rushed. Staff was great. Even when we realized I ordered something that had ingredient I couldn’t eat, they fired up the grill and made it over without any fuss. Our meals were tasty and cant wait to go back and try other dishes..

It was a disappointing ready-made dish, with almost no meat in the tacos and tortillas we ordered. At least it did not take too long to arrive. The music and atmosphere are great and welcoming, and the waiters/waitresses were really friendly and nice.

I traveled from out of state for a job in this area, and I always enjoy supporting local restaurants. The food here was excellent, the staff was very polite, and my order was prepared in a timely manner.
The only thing that upset me was witnessing a rude customer across from me. He was demanding that they turn down the music—even though it didn’t seem to bother anyone else. The staff still tried to accommodate him and lowered the volume, but he continued to act like a child. He even snapped at the manager, falsely claiming they had turned the volume up again, which was completely untrue.
In my opinion, if you’re going to a Hispanic restaurant, why would you have an issue with their music? Instead of being rude to the people making your food, you can simply go elsewhere. I’m sorry the staff had to deal with someone like that.
That said, I would highly recommend this place—the food was delicious, and if I have another job in this state, I’ll definitely come back!
