Ordered pizzas through Uber Eats. Delivery was great! The quality of the pizza, not so much. Tried getting help through Uber. They said call the store. I called and spoke with the manager on shift. She was condescending and rude. Wouldn’t give her name. The toppings on the pizzas were crap. They were supposed to be on the entire pizzas. They certainly were not!

Im surprised by the other reviews, we order from here quite often. The service has NEVER been super late seems to get here on time or even early. The pizza are always exactly what I ordered and every delivery driver has been awsome. Please remember! The delivery fee is not part of the drivers tip. Hell even one of the last big snow storms they delivered my pizza right on time….

Ordered a few times, always delivers late. Won’t be using them any more… Sad, since I love Papa John’s. This last order was 30+ minutes later than the expected delivery time. Called the store and of course the person had no idea why it’s late. He realized the driver left at 7:55pm (currently was 8:30pm) and said he will let me know if there is an issue with the driver. When the pizza came, it was cold and not very pretty. Probably should have taken a look at the reviews cause it seems a lot of people have issues with this place.

I have ordered from this location 3 times and will NEVER order again. Every single time I order I never receive any of the drinks. I have requested refunds and never get them. This place is a bunch of thieves. When I asked the manager where my drinks are they give the basic answer of “well I gave them to the driver” and the drivers always state they never received them. How this location still exists is beyond me

This Guys always save me! Whenever I come and get pizza for an event, super fast and friendly. The manager is so quick to jump and help and what I like the most is that as I’m waiting to pick up my order she’s encouraging her crew.

This was the most irritating experience ordering pizza I have ever had. I ordered online the guy got lost apparently and was about to deliver it to my neighbor and also it was cold like they had it sitting there for a minute. So I call and the lady is like I can’t do a discount or give your money back honestly just a horrible experience! As you can see in the pic it’s not even cooked.

It was the day of valentines and I wanted to get my husband a heart pizza, I know it’s basic but always wanted one. I placed the order for delivery and everything was fine. My delivery time passed and still no pizza 45min after it was supposed to be delivered I call the location to see where my pizza was and they said we canceled it. When were you gonna tell me this happened? They said they tried calling me but I did not get one call and I signed up for text notifications and I didn’t get any updates besides my order was placed. They said since I live to close to Buckley Air force base they can’t deliver. I’m sorry but that’s bull. I know like doordash can’t because of the confusion but I believe this store could have common sense and if they delivery site said yes then they can and see on Google I’m not even in the base so no problem. Eventually I decided to pick up my pizza in person and it was over cooked and you could tell its been sitting there for awhile since they didn’t communicate.

Honestly, this experience was awful. I ordered online and when my papa johns app notified me that my pizza was ready, I went inside. I was told after about 5 minutes that my pizza was made with no cheese (how does that happen?) and they are remaking it. When I came back inside 7 minutes later the girl handed me a pizza box about 2 minutes later. I opened it and some had no cheese! The girl didn’t apologize. The guy making the stuff was sweating and going back and forth from cutting the pizza and putting tags on them and doing everything and never washing his hands. I’ve attached the pizza and even one piece that had no cheese. Thanks for reading. Think twice going to this location.

Ordered online, tipped in cash. Got the pizza pictured, had to have it remade and had to go pick it up. Pizza was a bit doughy.
