This place is legit. Open seating, find a seat number and take it to whichever counter/restaurant you plan to order. Meat on a stick, sushi, tacos, chicken wings, cheesecake, Bobo tea with spirits, and great Atomic IPA. Reminds me of a food court at the mall, but no mall. Locals were really nice and pleasant to speak to. Quick service and family oriented.

I ordered online and my food was supposed to be ready at 1 PM. I got there at 12:50. They told me two more minutes and I went back up to them at 1:17 because I still have no food. Yet the entire time I’m standing there waiting on my food. The girl that takes your order is standing on the side, eating her wings that they gave her 10 minutes before mine were done. Ordered 18 wings 3 different sauces. Thought I would get tossed wings in maybe 3 different wax sheets but no. Just a bunch of fried wings and they threw in the sauces in which one was burst in the bottom. So disappointing. I did ask for ranch and they gave me one small ranch for 18 wings. Didn’t get this! It took you over 40 minutes to make my wings and one order of garlic noodles and then I get home and the wings are red and inside. I still had to put them in my air fryer to complete the cooking process. I’m done! The whole place is set up like a food court, so definitely try the other stuff but you’re on your own with the wings.

I did the same thing with the other two sauces, and it was the same, not enough sauce, to coat those wings. And if ranch is not free, then make that known online because that is where I ordered. Have your employees eat out of sight! But to salvage it all the garlic noodles were actually amazing!

I’ve been back more than once and the smoked wings are always solid. Good size for a solid price. I feel like I could eat this day in day out. Need to try out the breaded one day to get a feel, but if it is anything like the smoked, I’m sure it is exquisite.

I dont even know what to say, first time there was great, good food good service but I took my wife because im always happy to find a good restaurant because its always so expensive its nice to get good service, but wow we wnt in there was maybe 10 people in the place only one person in line, most everyone had their food they weren’t busy, there was one guy up front who had no clue what he was doing, we ordered a full fry, full nachos, chicken tacos and crab rangoon and the dude was pressing like 100 buttons on the register, which is fine he said he was new, he went in the back to ask someone for help and instead of someone coming out, he comes out to go give a table their food, then comes back stares at us, hits 10 more buttons shrugs his shoulders and then starts helping a different customer, still not a soul comes out of the kitchen even though I can literally see 5 people back there nothing, finally I just gave up, it sucks things are really getting bad, the kid clearly had zero training, no one else gave a shit, and the food is already insanely priced but it was good the first time surely it would be good again……I was very wrong

Best Wings hands down! I can’t believe there are any reviews under 5 stars. For a local business they have it all on point and do the very best. Wings are so good also I would never mind waiting an extra 15 minutes for them because you know the orders always fresh and in good hands. Also, coming from the northeast the prices are absolutely amazing especially for the quality you receive.

Came for lunch. I asked for boneless wings and were told that they had them, so I got the 10 pc with garlic parm. After waiting about 10 mins, the waiter came out and told us they didn’t have boneless and only change one of our orders. After saying they were the same price (which they aren’t). When the 10 pc of bone in wings came to the table, we informed the waiter again that we both ordered boneless. After fixing the wing mistake, the took the wings back into the kitchen and the tenders that were substituted weren’t even crispy and in a to go container. Should have just gotten my money back and moved on. Wing Stop would have been better for $12….

Catered this place for a bachelor party. Out of all 17 guys every single one said it was the best wings of their life! We came from Philly and had to place the order weeks in advance, they made everything so easy. If you want the best wings of your life and youre in Louisville, Str8 Drops the only way to do it.

Ordered buffalo wings and seasoned fries for take out at 8:15 pm. We were the only ones in there. The wings were soggy on the outside and still bloody on the inside. We had to throw them in the toaster oven another 20 mins before they were edible. The fries were just some generic food service fries that needed more season. They were hardly dusted with flavor. They were out of chicken strips which means you also couldn’t order tacos. They were also out of the toppings for the loaded fries. Can’t say much about service. It was just one girl at the counter that took our order and had no other contact.

I stumbled upon this place driving by, and tried some wings. I have gone 3 different times and so unlucky that either they’ve closed on a Monday, then another day I went on a Saturday, and found out the wing section was closed, some other vendor was there. Then stopped in again to find the place closed. I came to think the whole Restaurant was close on Mondays. I have also try calling phone ring no answer it’s like the call drops….. How do you think this place can stay open when there’s always an issue.
Good luck you try it out, maybe things will change.
