Order chipotle tonight online and everything was messed up! Why charge for queso if you aren’t even going to add it and then my husband opened his and it was a bowl and not a burrito! What is going on? We tried to call the store and you can’t even speak to an actual human?!?! This is insane! Very very disappointing!

There are several reasons why I would question going to this location.
Firstly: there were about 6-7 individuals who were in front of me around 6pm (peek hours for diner time) and it took nearly 20 minutes to get to ordering my food and another 5 minutes just to get through the line.
Secondly: Staff does not greet you and when you greet them they respond with blank stares. Two of the three people on the line didn’t even look at me when I said hello, how are you.
Thirdly: Staffs ability to listen and follow the flow of conversation and what is being told to them was lacking to say the least. Throughout the time when I was ordering I had to repeat myself on 4 different occasions related to saying and providing clarification to staff with the order due to staff members inability to listen.
Fourth: Portions were extremely small. It already has become a standard at chipotle to decrease there portions and increase there prices but at this location it is greatly noticeable.
Fifth: Staff is rude and inconsiderate. As I was checking out I asked a simple question related to the charges and whether or not I was being charged for a side of fajitas that was for my veggie bowl for my daughter and the cashier gave a dirty look and a belittling no and mentioned to her coworker that I was having an attitude without any contribution from her.
Sixth: I went out of my way and saw the cashier who provided the service and apologized to her if I myself came off rude and I received no verbal response nor any indication that she even acknowledged the gesture. Now I know people have bad days but this was exponentially a bad experience for me and my daughter, such that I would question whether it would be worth going to this particular location.
Seventh: food was over-salted, rice was overcooked and had little to no lime or cilantro flavoring, guacamole was portioned very little.

I have probably been to this location 200 times. There has been a noticeable difference in the quality of the food in the last couple of months. It’s overly salty and dry. A couple of times lately, they have food in the line, but require you to do an online order due to staffing, I guess. The service is not good. People are serving you while wearing headphones. Half of them won’t have a conversation with you when you’re ordering. I’ve gone right at 11 AM (15 mins after they open), and they don’t have any food ready. It’s unfortunate because it’s a great location.

Unfortunately after multiple visits, I feel a one star is warranted. This location is always understaffed, and those who are working, clearly hate being there. Chicken is burnt, order a salad and they don’t have vinaigrette, and so on. One of the lowest customer service locations I have been to and I have been a loyal customer for years until now. I hope they can improve things so I can return.

A bowl is a bowl and a burrito is a burrito: it clearly spells it out, not only on the receipt but also on each Entree sticker. Yet, my burrito came in a bowl with an entree sticker that reads “Burrito”.

I have had the brisket bowl twice at a different location and today was my first time visiting this location. Let’s start from beginning, customer service was poor, no communication. I asked for down rice, the lady gave a scoop of rice and patted it down thin, I asked for a little bit more rice. She gave a small scoop of beans, less than a d pop of brisket, and was scraping for sour cream. I stated “I’m just getting the bottom of the barrel huh”. She than got a new pan of sour cream and didn’t say anything. Cool, I get to work which is 5 min away. The brisket was overcooked. I didn’t want to go back and complain, but my coworker tasted and agreed that it was overcooked. So I go back and explain to the manager (I don’t know the name) however there were 2 ladies who came when I asked for management. Anyway, the lady says they always scrape the sour cream and then stated that it was funny because she was eating brisket and her food didn’t taste overcooked. I told her that it was my money and my tastebuds. I just asked for my money back and they said they could only offer me something 50% off. Why would I take that when I didn’t even eat 50% of the food I will not go back to this location. Service was poor, cleanliness was poor, quality of food was terrible..

There is no customer service here — just signs. When you walk in, no one acknowledges you at all. You’re expected to notice a sign telling you that ordering in person isn’t allowed and figure it out on your own.

Several customers walked in, saw the sign, and immediately left. That reaction says everything.

There’s no QR code, no staff guidance, no accommodation for the inconvenience. You’re simply told (by a piece of paper) that you must order online through a third-party app. That’s not efficiency — that’s poor planning and lack of staffing.

This is typical of the service industry experience in South Carolina, where the idea of “Southern hospitality” is more illusion than reality. Being open but unwelcoming is not hospitality.

If a restaurant can’t acknowledge customers who physically walk in, it shouldn’t pretend to offer in-store service at all.

Stopped by for lunch around 1:15pm there was no line so was happy about that. I walk up to the counter and the Chipotle employee is just standing there looking into space. She didn’t acknowledge me for a good minute. Then finally, like I appeared at of nowhere she says oh may I help you! I’m like wow, did you not see me? I ordered my food and she tells the cashier what I ordered. The cashier is having a work related discussion about someone’s schedule issues and does not acknowledge me. She didn’t ask if I wanted anything else, nothing. Just waited for me to pay. Then I get my food and the chips were stale and WAY too salty! That $5.00 went to waste. My Honey Chicken bowl was okay, but overall I wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

Chipotle use to be one of my favorite spots for quick good food. Not this location! I stopped going to this location months ago bc the staff is rude, food would be spilling over into different containers, they would run out of basic toppings, etc. Tonight i decided to give it another chance and nothing has changed. I ordered online and when I got home no corn salsa and no grilled veggies. I was not informed that anything was out of stock. Just disappointing!

Good food and portions are reasonable. The outside of the store had a good bit of trash near the front door- not necessarily the stores fault but it hurts the stores first impression.

The staff was friendly and listened. The store has a nice outside seating area so it’s pet friendly. Overall good experience. The guacamole is extra so make sure when you order you are aware.

Update: returned and changing from 4 to 5. Outside was much cleaner and good food.
