They didn’t see my order so it was 35 minutes later than it should have been. The meal was made with the wrong beef and came with beans when ordered without. Guacamole was left off the order and the dessert was sent to go with the ice cream on top making it soggy

The service was horrible! Our waitress forgot one of our drinks for over 20 mins before we had to ask for the 3rd time to bring it. Our food took over an hour to receive and then it was wrong. I am not impressed with my experience. They also charge a CC fee before you even pay.

I love how welcoming the restaurant is and how its decor makes you forget it is in a strip mall. The food was really good and fresh and the service was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. This was my first time at Javier’s, but I will definitely go back.
