La Hacienda
Honestly, the service of this place is always unmatched the most places. I’m one of the managers, knowing that I was struggling to read the menu, he brought me over my own personal lamp. Vibrations are fabulous, but not as good as the bartenders. Jackson, Emmanuel, and I loved Raymond and Cassidy. I loved my lobster tacos and my margarita was fabulous. We really enjoyed the chips and salsa’s and a homemade guacamole.
Everybody there was so nice.
I WOULD RECOMMEND

We love La Hacienda. We went one time during Christmas at the Princess when we were walking around looking for a real meal. We knew when we came back to Arizona we had to go again! The food is delicious. I got the lobster tacos and the Marga-No-More. Both delicious! My husband got the Quesabirria and almost ordered another one immediately because it was so good. He also got the Pineapple Passion, which he said was good but sour. We tried one of the queso’s but felt the cheese was too thick for our tastes. The desserts were also delicious: I got the Concha Sundae (highly recommend), and my husband enjoyed the Passion Fruit Rollo. The service was also good, and I like the different sections of seating they offer. For those who don’t know, the Princess offers free valet parking with restaurant validation, which was very convenient for us since we stayed off-property.

Zach was our server tonight, he was very attentive, didn’t miss a single detail and provided extensive knowledge on the menu. 10/10 service, I will be requesting him every time. The entire bar staff was extremely helpful and got our drinks out impressively fast. Not to mention best Mexican resturant EVER ! Here are some pics of our appetizers

LA hacienda in Princess is hands-down one of the best restaurants in town, especially when you’re in the area for the Phoenix Open. It’s close to all the action, and the food never disappoints. The guac and chips are top-tier, the sea bass is exceptional, and the tacos are some of the best around. I love coming here often, it’s always a great experience with amazing flavors and atmosphere.

La Hacienda is pure class. If you are seeking for a traditional Spanish-Mexican-Southwestern meal, perfect for a date night or a high-class business meal, and even comforting enough to bring the entire family, look no further.
The decor is pristine and teleports you to a medieval and serene villa in Mexico or Spain. It’s spacious, lots of clay and wood, and leather. It sets you to a “proper” mood where you definitely can be haughty in a good way, but not uncomfortable or unnatural. Class oozes from every nook of the large restaurant, split into variety of sections and room to contain noise and bring in the cozy feeling.
As expected, service is impeccable and top notch, easily rivaling the best steak restaurants. Again, you will have no issues feeling right at home, served well, and feel special. Our server Aaron was just great – nailed the balance of leaning in but not being bothersome.
The food is great (although could be better). Every ingredient is fresh, fresh, fresh. The freshly made guacamole was literally a delight. Try the sampler and taste the differences. All the dishes also come out visually extravagant and Instagram-ready, although I don’t think it adds to the taste.
Now let’s nit pick. The fish tacos could’ve used a bit more personality, especially with the salsa or the fish marination itself. Again, great, but wasn’t mind-blowing. The plaintains were also good but I’d say was over-queso’d, making the balance slightly off. Same goes for the corn. In general, the food is great because of the love and care in the preparation with fresh ingredients. It’s just that the flavor needs to be fine-tuned, just a bit.
The most disappointing aspect was the churros, where the churro was simply a crisp and didn’t have the substance to back it up inside. Really, this is the one thing that you must nail at a restaurant of this caliber.
Even with these shortcomings, I still give La Hacienda 5 stars. There simply is no other experience (that I know of) as such in Phoenix/Scottsdale where you can dress up, walk around the beautiful patios of the Fairmont, and have a great night out with your loved one.
Will absolutely return for those special occasions.

If there was a higher rating for Stephanie, I would give it, wholeheartedly. She remembered us, treated us as valued guests & even made recommendations based on what we’d said on a previous visit. She is exactly the kind of employee every restaurant should strive to have!!

Christmas at the Princess has become an annual holiday tradition shared with our dearest friends. And, of course, it always begins with an amazing meal at La Hacienda. Living in such a beautiful state allows us to dine on the patio, creating the most memorable Christmas experience possible. As always, the food was absolutely incredible. Our server, Alfonso, once again delivered the highest level of care and professionalism. Manager Raymond checked on us several times throughout the evening to ensure everything was to our liking, and his attention to detail is truly second to none. People travel from all over the world to experience this stunning Christmas display right in our own backyard, and we are incredibly grateful for it.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel was all illuminated with their monstrous holiday light show. The restaurant is beautiful. We sat outside next to one of the many heaters . I had a delicious fig margarita, and we shared a salad, guacamole, and a steak fajita. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced . Exceeded my expectations.

Vibrant atmosphere! Black currant and the fig margaritas – unique! My partner and I loved the drinks and the service. The ceviche and carnitas enchiladas were pretty good but not the best I have had. The verandah is also absolutely stunning. Live music and drinks at the verandah was a perfect start followed by dinner.
