I placed an online delivery order using Yogybee’s preferred service (ChowNow). Upon order arrival we noticed our wraps were made with an unknown dressing. The dressing was thick and white in color. The dressing that was ordered was balsamic vinaigrette. Furthermore, the balsamic was sent in a cup on the side. Clearly, this location realized an error was made and just tried to band-aid it by sending the correct dressing on the side. Well, I have an allergy and I could not risk eating this wrap. When we tried to call the restaurant they never picked up despite us calling 3-4 times. Then ChowNow refused to issue a refund because they couldn’t get in contact with the restaurant either. I am very disappointed because this could not be made right and will not be ordering from here again

So apparently now there’s a service fee if you pay with credit, but not cash or debit, okaii fine. Weirdly enough the employee puts the service fee manually, which I thought the machine would automatically charge you, so this now makes me think this new service fee is fake/a way to make more money for them. You see I was almost charged and she didn’t even ask how I was paying. So she ASSUMED it was credit because I pulled my phone out and she automatically put the service fee in. There is an SIGN that says debt/cash doesn’t get charged. So I then told her that I’m paying debit like 2-3- times before she even tried to remove it. Then she couldn’t figure out how to remove it until someone helped her. Amazing how it took her 2 seconds to wanna wrongly charge me, but longer to understand how to fix it. She also did the same thing to another customer after me but that customer didn’t catch it until after she paid. And I noticed her arguing a bit with that customer too, that same customer told me she always has problems with her. I also walked in on her I guess arguing/scolding an employee. She was so mean to him, and it’s so disrespectful and embarrassing to him to do that in front of customers. She also told me there’s no longer going to be an employee mall discount this year, which is weird because I’ve been here already this year and I still got the discount. This left a bad taste in my mouth because I’ve never had a problem here not even with her/the older woman. This is totally fine anyways because I will never come back, and I will tell my coworkers to not come here either. I also want to mention that the other employees are totally fine and some are also very nice, it’s just unfortunate that one bad apple ruined it for me.

I work at the mall, so I’ve been wanting to try for a healthy option.
I asked for chicken over rice and it was literally coocked chicken on top of rice. Also, when the worker was putting chicken(not even shredded but the whole) on top of the rice, I could see all that chicken steamed water from the container was dripping over my rice. I almost gagged.
Chicken wasn’t seasoned well(boiled pretty much), not like rice was going to be seasoned instead of chicken, and cooked not well(somewhere in between dry and sticky but in a bad way), and I could only choose 2 toppings only.
I asked for the most popular dressing that goes well with chicken over rice and Cilantro Lime dressing the worker recommended definitely didn’t go well with the chicken over rice.
Most importantly, it was about $15. I’d rather go to chipotle, blue stone lane, chopt, or sweetgreen with $15. Disappointed that I paid $15 to eat blend chicken and rice with little vegies.
Not recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend, service is not good. I had ordered 2 Grilled Chicken Club wraps, which should have been a simple order but for some reason it got messed up 3 different times. First time, I was understanding, they thought I had ordered a Caesar wrap. They said they would fix it. Second time, they only fixed one of the wrap and I told them I asked for two. Despite THEM being the ones to mess up, they still charged me extra because they originally charged me for a Caesar wrap. I paid, despite getting annoyed because mistakes happen. However, the third time the worker brought out 1 new wrap and said that the old second wrap was actually the correct one just labeled incorrectly. As I was walking out with my friend I told her “I bet they just said they labeled it wrong so that we wouldn’t open it until we’re too far away to come back and it’s actually STILL WRONG”. And as I predicted when we got to my car, my friend’s wrap was still wrong.
Would not recommend this place again and I won’t be coming back. We were understanding, reassuring the workers that mistakes happen, yet they still not only charged us more after messing up 3 times but still got it wrong in the end. All this over such a simple order.

I visited here two days ago and had the chicken sandwich—it was really good. The chicken was cooked well, nice and tender, and the sandwich had good flavor overall. I think everything tasted fresh and was put together nicely. The environment was pleasant and clean, with a comfortable atmosphere.

Horrible service from owner/manager. She’s always rushing customers out and gives one napkin per customer. You’re not allowed to ask for another napkin (although napkins are paper thin)
When you need another her reply is “I gave you one”
She treats her employees horribly. Constantly yelling at them, which explains the turnover all the time. She does not have management skills and worse of all- basic manners.

Who would have thought a salad bar could be so surprising with wings! I tried the new wings soy garliec on the menu, and honestly, they’re a welcome revelation. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned with a seasoning that strikes the perfect balance between classic and bold. I love it
