I arrived home excited to tell my kids I had the pizzas, and to my dismay, I realized I had received the wrong order. My son said, “Dad, the pizza is spicy!!!” And OMG, I ran to take the bitten slice out of his hands. He’s allergic to jalapeños. We ended up in the emergency room so they could administer allergy treatment. His face turned red and his ears swelled up. Thank goodness it was only a small bite, and the worst is over. They should be more careful when doing their job. I called them twice to complain, and they just hung up on me as soon as I started talking. I’m going to find a legal consultant to advise me on this.

They forgot part of my order and told us it would take too long to remake it. So the driver AND a worker on the phone guaranteed us we could call back another time and have the credit under our number. Lo and behold we try to place an order with that credit only two days later, and they don’t have any record of it. The workers were nice but it’s outrageous to forget our pizza and then take zero accountability.

ordered delivery, arrived after an hour, completely wrong order. not her fault, she said she’d come back and bring our order, that’s fine. another hour goes by. we drive up to the store, then have to wait another 30 minutes for our pizza. no refund, no extras nothing expect a “you have to wait” will never order again little ceasers supremacy

I had not ordered a pizza from Domino’s I think for a couple of years. I wanted to try the pizza so I ordered a pizza today. I went to pick it up.
I go into Domino’s and a very nice girl comes from the back and so pleasant. She greets me and asks me my name to give me my pizza. Thank you for giving great customer service. Btw, the pizza I ordered waz really good.

Ordered through the app mid day on 11/3/2025, whole order about $45-50. Selected the “Pay In Store” Option. Upon arrival & presentation of my cash, I was *rudely* told “we probably don’t have change.. you’ll have to use another payment method” which I didn’t have, by the kid working the desk.
After standing there in shock for a second, staring at this dude, he said “Man, you really don’t have anything else? That’s crazy. Umm I don’t know what to tell you.. gas station is right there if it’s gonna be a problem I guess” and I was about to start throwing the attitude back, until a very kind employee stepped in saying “let me go check real quick!”
She returns with my change and a very helpful & friendly demeanor which was appreciated.
The dude at the front needs to learn that some people don’t use cards (I do, typically. but a lot of people don’t and it’s rude as hell to say that’s “crazy”)
and customers are not an excuse for you to be “Mr. Cool Nonchalant guy” just by being rude. Lil bro was probably 19. Calm down, kid. Left a terrible taste in my mouth.
Will not be returning.

EDIT: we began eating out pizza and not only are the toppings as minimal ( counted 10 pieces of mushroom,and only 22 pepperoni) as possible there was plastic cooked Into the pizza on and the pizza was very under cooked in the middle. ( See photos)
Pizza is usually decent but they ALWAYS forget the sauces and when I pay $1 per sauce it is very annoying to never get them. I’ve been asked about them and they say ” we gave them to you” are they invisible because they are literally never with the order. I choose this one because it’s close but now I will try one of the other 2 locations in San Marcos because I give up on this location.

Placed an order and when I arrived to pick it up the order was incorrect. Without hesitation they remade my order which had zero issues. Very friendly staff who addressed my concerns in a timely manner. I will still choose dominos over any other pizza place in town

I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:30 for delivery for my kids, my friend and me. My estimated delivery time was 20-29 minutes…2 hours pass by…try calling, and cannot get through due to technical difficulties on their end. I never receive any kind of call to let me know what is going on. We decide to leave and go get food because we are all SO hungry. We get back by 9:15, still no pizza. I leave my friends house and she calls me and tells me it arrives at 9:30 (3 hours later) and it’s completely cold and burnt. This is the 2nd time Domino’s has completely disregarded me as a customer. Had a similar situation happen before where the delivery guy delivered my pizza to the WRONG house! Ugh!!

possibly the greatest pizza i’ve ever digested. staff was EXTREMELY friendly and was just a great group of people. we had a normal conversation like we weren’t even customer and worker. love this place. will forever be going back. pizza fridays just became the greatest day in history. i love you txst dominos

My pizza came out extremely oily and the staff on 10/12/21 would not remake me a new one . They offered me napkins to soak up the oil but refused to make me a new pizza. The second picture is the pizza after soaking the oil up . Completely unacceptable . Management should know better than that.
