Don’t waste your time. Got my order to go and they forgot several things, got half the order wrong, and completely burnt the sliders. Luckily I checked everything before I left. Friendly staff but the waitress was way more interested in hanging out with a very loud, probably drunk, table. The food was pretty bland and not the cheapest.

People need to cut this place some slack. We rolled in about noon after three hours of driving through the January 21 “flurricane” snowstorm. Tired, stressed, and hungry, they gave us a limited menu because they took were under difficult circumstances. We ordered the rice and beans and the chicken and fries platter. It was good! The rice and beans in particular was very flavorful with excellent corn bread. Including tip, it was $24. I’m used to seeing ridiculous mark-ups on average hotel food, but this was well beyond my expectations in a good way. The staff was great and super friendly, remarkable given they are equally stressed with the weather difficulties and dealing with people who are also stressed. If our plane can’t get out tomorrow and we find ourselves stuck another day, I will gladly go back to the restaurant again.

Alligator bites were full of anything but gator. Grease used to fry them was old and the food wasn’t borderline burnt. Menu says grilled salmon. I’m still not sure how it was cooked. Definitely wasn’t on a grill. The staff seemed more interested in watching Friends on TV than anything else.

Came here for a business trip with my team. We experienced one rude hostess as soon as we walked in during breakfast which it was busy but still doesn’t justify her actions and an overworked young lady during the night who was really nice but was working alone with 20 people waiting for their food. The food was not bad but overall the professionalism needs to be better. We only ate here because we stayed at the holiday inn for the week.

Eat here monthly due to business. Food is hit and miss. Menu is small and not very well suited for the restaurant staff skill level They honestly should stick to basic sandwich items. This month it was burnt with charred meat. Last time I visited, the fries were raw and limp. Order 3 things and count on at least 1 of them not being correct in some manner of form. I’m confused about these food pictures that I see posted because mine never looks anything like that when I’m stuck here. These are most likely shill reviewers. The food is nothing like this. We some how wish this place would shut down so we could be sent somewhere; about anywhere, else for our stay and especially our meals.

This should be called the “sorry bout that” restaurant. Every time they came to our table (which was very rare, they had to tell us “sorry bout that”) We heard this from the other tables as well. When your service is so poor that your staff is apologizing every time they approach the table… something is wrong. We had to ask for a refill on water. Never got our tea refills. The food on buffet was decent, the skillet ordered from the Kitchen was not.

Food here is fair at best. The service is the worse I have ever experienced. The menu states that an 18% gratuity is added to your check so the wait staff knows they are getting a tip automatically and they don’t have to do anything to earn it.

After a 10 hour drive, my girlfriend and I stopped here after checking into out hotel for the night for a quick bite to eat. The hostess with glasses was extremely rude. Not sure if we offended her, but she would only accept orders from my girlfriend. Everytime I would order she would look at my girlfriend, and say “is that what you want?”. Despite it being my order. It was a very odd experience for both of us.

Was charged almost $9 for a beer that the menu says is $5. Don’t let the blonde bar tender serve you! She upcharges whenever she feels like it, is generally unfriendly, and doesn’t know how to pour a beer, my $9 beer was 1/2 foam! I hope they fire her and soon!
