This has been the worst experience I have had at Dairy Queen. I went through the drive through and ordered and I specifically asked for a large fry with my meal, I was given and charged for a regular fry instead of a large. I also had to wait at the window for 25 minutes for my “chicken sandwich” which only consisted of two chicken tenders on bread. Definatly was not worth the price I paid for. To make matters worse, the store was run by three high schoolers and not a manger in site. I will not be back to this establishment and I think people should reconsider when ordering from here because of how expensive and lack of quality the food is.

Hastings Dairy Queen. As you can see by our slip we ordered two cheeseburgers ketchup only and as you can see, both had mustard and pickles !!! Couldn’t go back because we were already halfway home! Fries were cold, old and hard! Blizzards were great though. But how hard is it to get an order right or the up front person to ask “ both ketchup only right?” Problem solved. What happened to good service and accountability to make sure food is prepared right? I worked in fast food for 10 years and we were always making sure the food was right and that we were held accountable for mistakes! Just sad

I was not disappointed with the Flamethrower Double. This is my first time at a DQ Grill. My expectations was basically similar to the big 3. Drove through to grab a fast burger. The cost was a little surprisingly high $8 for a fast food burger but still was able to deliver. A little bit sloppy but delicious. Spicyness was a tad lower than a jalapeño but strong enough to taste it. Would have loved it to have fresh jalapeños. Spicy comes from the sauce. I will definitely come back when I’m prepared to burn another 8 bucks on a burger.

I had 4pic BBQ chicken strip basket. Up grade to lg onion rings and LG drink. It was over 17 dollars. I asked and pointed out I was over charged. She would not do anything. She just kept saying it’s all the UP charges.

Your employee, Emma P., needs a raise. Sweetest girl, and works very hard, unlike the other kids that were working the floor tonight. I watched 2 kids stand around complaining to their friends about their schedules and horsing around, while every table inside was filthy and trash all over tables and the floor. Meanwhile, Emma was manning the counter, making the food, and delivering it to the customers out on the floor, like an absolute champ! Never once saw her smile leave her face. Very pleasant person to interact with!

Normally have no issues. Came through the drive thru tonight. Placed an order online for my banana split to be made with chocolate instead of vanilla. They made it wrong and when they realized, the guy at the window asked if I wanted it remade and I said yes. The girl that was making ice cream threw her hands in the air and had a bad demeanor about having to remake it. When the young man at the window handed it out, he then proceeded to lick his fingers. It was a rough experience tonight.
