Nice Starbucks in a quant old downtown area. Nice area to walk around if you can ignore the load trains. Enjoyed the outdoor seating on a cool morning. The indoor seating and bathrooms were open. Service was pleasant and spot on. Would use this location again.

Very poor customer service. One bathroom is “out of order,” supposedly- but only for customers. It apparently works for the employees. The other bathroom is filthy, but it doesn’t appear to bother the insects that are in there. The employees essentially have an entitlement attitude. At least on the 3 occasions my wife and I have been over the last two months.

Without putting a curse on this place I will say I adore this Starbucks due to the employees! So far my experience has been nothing shy of amazing. Different people I have experienced so it is not just one or two that are making me write this. I am grateful to the light I have seen in each individual! Thank you! Great staff very professional and quick service. Love the indoor seating, outdoors not so much due to the usual homeless, so unfortunate because it would be very cozy and scenery would be pleasant. Fact is homeless have ruined the outdoor seating at this location, shame on city.

Service was great. Coffee was fine, what you can expect from Starbucks. My only gripe is that the WiFi internet is pretty slow. 10 Mbps down on my phone and less than 2 Mbps on my computer. That defeats the point of me going to a chain coffee place, which I typically view as a WiFi hotspot.

Went bye the other day to get a chai I order everyday at different location. It seems the black barista likes to discriminate. Ordered 4 shots and have 2 shots. Barista do it a second time and still screw it up. All live smatter
