Was on our way home from the airport and looking for a non McDonalds quick dinner. Hours both on website and google say they are open until 10pm. Showed up at 9:15pm and they were completely closed. It’s not that difficult to update your hours. Ended up with PB and J sandwiches…probably better off.

If you are looking for a great customer experience this is not the place to go.
After being waiting for almost 10 min to be taking care of one of the workers came out from the back room with one of the nastiest attitude ever and asked me what do I wanted
I told him to give me few min and he went off
He told me that he was busy doing something else and that I needed to hurry up an order
We got into a little altercation and he had the audacity to tell me to leave the store
I complained to the so called shift manager and she acted like this behavior was the most natural thing
I will never go back to this place.
I do understand that customers sometimes can get to your last nerve but if you don’t have the patience or the necessary skills to deal with them so you should look into another line of work

I have to say, even thought I know Taylor personally, she is a GREAT WORKER! She was previously my assistant manager and she’s done above and beyond I would’ve ever expected. She a quick learner and I can see that in a matter of days!! Great personality! Great customers service. And most of all cleanliness!!

Even manager had no idea how to make a wrap. When I opened the wrap, everything was coming out. I was so polite bt She was so rude.. I literally cried out there. They ruined my evening. And afterwards they literally ignored me.. I was feeling like I was begging for food, even after paying for that. And they ignored me. And she left. Worst of worst.

Food looks nasty had gotten a sub the lettuce look horrible and had gotten a stomach ache afterwards, the tables where NASTY! As well as the floor. I also had to wait to get the person in the back attention while they where visibly on there phone.

One of the worst, and will not go there again. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with sweet onion sauce (which is my normal subway order). I went to this location because I was already in Walmart. The chicken was still very cold right in the middle and the tomatoes tasted just like they looked, old and frozen. I had to go home separate it and heat up the chicken in the microwave because it was so cold I thought I bit into a big piece of onion, but it was a slightly STILL frozen peice of chicken. The lettuce was not crunchy and almost seemed like it melted into the bread. It did NOT taste like the chicken teriyaki! It was terrible.
Again I will NOT being coming back to this location.

Went to get a sandwich…the veggies looked absolutely atrocious. Almost looked moldy but I was told they were just frozen…why would I want frozen wilted lettuce on my sandwich…gross. had to walkout hungry.

While getting a few items in Wal-Mart, I made a very convenient stop at the Subway inside the entrance of the store. Usually I pass by it when shopping at Wal-Mart, but it was perfectly placed in my travel path because driving to the closest Subway would have been my next stop. Basically a typical Subway, good subs made as order is placed. Always good and fresh.

I will never eat at the subway in Walmart because they have cockroaches and the manager is very rude disrespectful and has no management skills an the subway In yalesville the management an employees are not experienced at making subs and they have bugs moldy food and they have no personality I would suggest that Subway in yalesville and at Walmart and on Route 5 should all be shut down I wouldn’t recommend eating at any of these restaurants because they are unexperienced rude and have cockroaches and bugs and their food is never fresh as well as the bread

Got the boss here and when I bit into it it tasted like it had a hint of their chocolate chip cookies….I don’t know if they cook the cookies in the same oven as the bread or of the worker didn’t change their gloves after baking some cookies but it was such a weird experience when every other bite came with a hint of chocolate chip cookies…probably won’t be back or at least will make sure they change their gloves first….
