I like their green smoothies, the detox smoothie is low sugar and has a flavorful blend of kale, spinach pineapple ginger and a few other goodies. You can add things to your smoothie at an extra cost, such as collagen, pea protein and immunity support. Parking in front of the restaurant. Clean location, friendly staff.

I Order here pretty regularly but that has stoped now because of the lack of humility. I got an email that said “flip flip day, come inside for a free smoothie” I had a pretty rough day and I went out of my way fighting traffic to hopefully get something that is actually “free” in this world but low and behold, in order to get the free smoothie you have to wear flip-flops but the email doesn’t say to do so. So I asked the manager if she could make an exception but instead she offered me that if I wore her crocks and walked up to the register to order that I can get one… does anyone think that this demoralizing from a humanity point? How embarrassing and humiliating that is? I just hope the other employees don’t follow suit and a heart.

Can’t follow basic directions and the slop I was delivered was unironically the worst smoothie I’ve ever had. I paid extra for extra peanut butter in my peanut paradise and not only did they not add the extra peanut I doubt they added any kind of fruit, peanut butter or flavour to this smoothie since it tastes like drinking wet paper toilet paper pulp with only a hint of banana.
I didn’t taste a single note of peanut butter despite ordering a smoothie called peanut paradise and paying for extra peanut butter. Don’t bother going here, the location at Mud Lane is way better and actually knows how to follow instructions, make a smoothie and give customers what they pay for.

Greeted upon walking in. I saw a sign on the door that said they were in happy hour time where smoothies were $5. I asked the cashier if that was true and if it mattered which smoothie i ordered or if it pertained to them all. She said all of them were $5. I proceeded to order all of my things including an extra smoothie just for the heck of it. I paid, got my receipt, and sat down. I then started thinking about the amount and thought it sounded a little off and upon looking at the receipt, i saw i was charged full price for everything. I brought it to the cashiers attention and she got the other girl there (who turned out to be the manager). Long story short, they told me they don’t do refunds and could only offer me another item from the menu. I had already ordered additional things and it was just myself and my son. We didn’t need more stuff. Besides, its 2025, how can their POS system not do refunds!? They offered a gift card for the next time i come in but i told them i never go there and honestly, i probably never will again. The girl that made the mistake wasn’t even apologetic. She just started working on someone else’s order. I spent 25+ mins in there for 3 smoothies and a wrap.

TERRIBLE customer service with no desire for accuracy or to make things right. There are never enough people working and errors happen constantly. I placed a delivery order on Monday with a coworker for 2 meals, 1 of them being a pair and save. When the order arrived, we were not given our bags of chips and we didn’t realize it until after the driver left. When I called to try and be reimbursed for part of our meals, I had to call no less than 10 times at 10:30 in the morning before I got an answer. The assistant manager was less than helpful and finally told me she would have a manager reach out to me….they never did. By 4pm I tried calling no less than 20 times on my way home and never had anyone answer. This isn’t the first time they’ve made mistakes on our mobile orders, but it is definitely the last because I refuse to continue to give them business. Order with caution.

I worked in food service for years and never leave reviews but customer service here is very lacking. My husband and I went during a fairly slow time and it took over 20 minutes to get our food even though several people who ordered before us had received theirs. When we politely inquired, we didn’t receive a direct answer about the status of our food but rather a mumbled “we’re making it”. A family of 4 ended up with half of our order and whenever again, we asked what’s going on, we eventually received the other half of our order but it was made in a rush and half of the tortilla of the quesadilla was missing.
TLDR: Customer service is important and this establishment lacks it, but it should be considered especially important whenever customers are prompted to give a tip when paying for the food before receiving it and the said food is already fairly expensive.

I won’t be back. I have gotten smoothies here several times, and loved it and this time I use the app to order. It added a 15% tip without asking me. When I tried to cancel the order, and just order in the store, it wouldn’t let me. When I spoke to the girl in the store about it, she said that had never happened before and that it was weird. I took that to mean that she was saying it was my fault, but maybe I was being sensitive. She said there was nothing she could do and she could call her manager, and if I didn’t see the refund in the next 5 to 7 days, to call them back. When I pointed out that I was paying for the smoothie twice, because she’s charging me again in the store, she said that that was the only thing they could do. I asked if there was something I could have to show that we had spoken and I was promised a refund, and she told me about calling her manager, and restated everything she had already told me. At that point I just said never mind. I have no problem tipping, I just don’t want to be tricked into it. So this will be the last smoothie I get from there.

Second time ordering door dash, from here, that my driver is sent with only half the items. They don’t answer their phone to find out what happened or to get your money back, and when you do reach them, no one seems to know what’s going on. Done spending money here!!!!
