My first sign something was wrong was I ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals (with the fixings)with fries. After looking at my order I noticed I had everything on my receipt but the fries. So I go back the employee do what they need to do give me back everything and I go on my way. Didn’t think anything of it until I got home and was shocked. 1. My sandwich meals were plain and not prepared correctly. 2 I was missing a chicken sandwich meals. 3 I received instead 2 orders of tender bites. 4 the fry’s and MAC tasted like they sat for a while. I paid to much to be disappointed.
My take- save your money go over to Twisted chicken right off of the loop 101 and thunderbird you’ll get your moneys worth.

In my opinion, Slim Chickens is a superior choice over other large chicken strip chains in Arizona. The breading was seasoned and flavorful, although I would prefer a slightly crispier texture. The fries were exceptionally crunchy and served in ample quantities. The garlic bread was soft, with a little crunch, and the oreo shake was surprisingly delightful. While the sauce has similarities to other dipping sauces, I appreciated its substantial consistency. The staff was exceptionally friendly and created a welcoming family-oriented atmosphere.

Great place if you love chicken. I like the variety of options. Hot wings were great and mac and cheese was amazing, they did allow me to substitute the fries for mac and cheese which I appreciated. We ordered a milk shake but the ice cream machine was down so they gave us the oreo and cheese cake jar which was great. I liked that the fountain drink options included Dr pepper and diet Dr pepper as well as peach and raspberry tea. I tried the sweet tea and it was great, not too sweet. Chicken strips were pretty good, there is a good variety of dipping sauces to choose from. Good atmosphere and decently clean inside

Stopped by because my coworkers had this for lunch and it smelled delicious … ordered the Mac n cheese bowls (reg and spicy), fried pickles and dessert (oreo cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake). Service was quick which made me wonder if the food was just reheated. Mac n cheese bowls came out lukewarm. They tasted alright but considering how much they were, not worth it. The price didn’t match the quality or quantity. The fried pickles were cooked nicely but they were a little salty yet I would buy them again only because I looove fried pickles. We would definitely order the desserts again! The strawberry cheesecake was surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet. The oreo was delicious and not too sweet as well. I haven’t tried everything on the menu so I can’t say don’t try it, I might even try something new if I ever go back.

I’m a big Canes fan and was anxious to try Slims. VERY GOOD! They got it RIGHT!! I’m honestly going to admit I’ll be going here more than Canes moving forward!! We tried the 3 finger meal and the 3 and 3 (wings and tenders). Biggest difference: OPTIONS! With only tenders and chicken wings as the main menu items… they had to hit the mark and they didn’t miss! Tenders: Rich in flavor, juice and tender. The breading was light and perfect! Wings: Cooked fresh and were decently good! Only thing was they could have had more sauce. Toast: I can eat these all day! Perfect crunch and toasted perfectly! Fries: Fresh and cooked perfectly. With just the right hint of flavor and salt, you can tell these are fresh cut potatoes and there was no grease which is a huge bonus! The RANCH AND DIPPING sauces were just the perfect touch to everything and again… choices and more choices! I will definitely be back and Kudos, we love it!!

This was my girlfriends and I first time trying slim chickens. The food was made quickly and everything tasted properly cooked and seasoned. Huge shoutout to Ben who made sure we had everything we needed at all times and Josh who made sure we were taken care of for our first time here! Josh had us try the cherry cheesecake in a jar and it was a really good dessert! Will for sure be coming back here again soon!

OK, first off let me say the server was very nice. The food came out very fast. I had the cayenne ranch chicken sandwich which had absolutely no heat to it. Also, the piece of chicken on my sandwich was like 80% bread And 10% of the driest chicken I’ve ever seen I got my fries substituted for the mac & cheese, which was very good, but there was literally like four bites of mac & cheese in the bowl.
Very disappointed I was excited to try this place. It’s sad to say, but McDonald’s has better chicken.

We have been passing by this location on Northern/101 since it opened and finally decided to meet some friends for an early dinner. There are so many Chicken or Taco Restaurants, we really were not sure what to expect. We were beyond pleasantly surprised by the menu options, food quality and service. They are very customer service oriented and that is so refreshing.
Just so happens that one of the franchise owners was there and he came to our table to see how we enjoyed the food. He was so friendly and excited about this franchise…his name is Josh and he offered a free desert as well. Very, very good. Served in a glass mason jar that you get to take home!!!!
They are planning on opening many more locations in AZ, with one being built closer to where we live. We will definitely be visiting again.
Give this restaurant a try…you will not be disappointed.

Had the chicken strip, tasted great though I like a more crispy batter. Loved that they had several choices of dipping sauces, even hot gravy. Their bone in wings were cooked perfectly crispy. The French fries were very good, not my favorite but very good. My son had the Mac cheese bowl and it tasted great, very cheesy. My wife had a chicken sandwich, I didn’t try it but the presentation made it look very appetizing. In fact the presentation of all our dishes was good. The service was quick (1pm on a Sunday) and the staff were very friendly. The chicken options are plenty and their deserts looked good. This location along with its restroom were very clean. 100% will eat here again

If you need a break from burgers and fries and don’t want to fight the crowds at Raising Cains, Slim Chikens is the place for you. When we ate here, it was clean not busy and service was friendly and nice. Would definitely eat here agaiin.
