Very good experience! I’d thought this visit was gonna take forever when I saw the line. Nope. I placed my order, and the cars in front of me just went, BAM BAM BAM! I got to the window to see the manager (I think?) busting it out. I complimented him on how fast they were moving the cars thru and he said,”we’re trying!”. Cool thing for me, but bad for him, we both forgot my payment. He’d dismissed me, and I started to drive off when I realized it. I couldn’t back up. There was a line of cars behind me. If I got back in line, I’d surely cause more havoc just trying to fix it. So I drove off with my free burrito… thank you, J in the B.

Update: Since this horrible business seems to think it’s OK to ignore people and not do the right thing. I finally had my credit card company fix this. This is ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like being scammed and overcharged. Will NEVER go to a Jack N the Box again after this horrible experience.

Update: Hey Jack I ALREADY filled out your complaint form you listed below BEFORE I even wrote this review because I like to give companies a chance before I waste MORE of my time writing something like this. I asked to be EMAILED. The email I was responded back to continues to get a failure to deliver response from Google. So I am sure the email address is full of.complaints or no one deletes mail there. I’d appreciate if someone can just EMAIL me and resolve this. I have the receipt and everything on that should be more than enough to issue the refund so I can finally stop wasting my time on something your employee did and shouldn’t have. Will never go back with how tedious a process this has been. :/ NEVER in my life have I dealt with such a difficult to contact company!

I dont normally write bad reviews. But others need to be warned of the shady practices of this horrible company. Worst location ever like others have experienced. Was overcharged in the drive thru (price was different than what was on the screen, I’ve ordered this exact thing before, so I know what it should have been). The guy ended up charging me for a SHAKE with boba when I had ordered an ICED coffee with boba. It’s like a $3 difference. I was overcharged by almost 28%. I didn’t notice this until I got home & took the receipt out of the bag. I filled out the form to complain and went to X to complain to get my money back that they overcharged me! Usually, companies reply back FAST & can actually help you & they want to fix the problem. But Jack in the Box? What a joke. They must be in on it & are encouraging employees to overcharge people because I was COMPLETELY IGNORED & GHOSTED. Yet I saw Jack replying to others and helping them to get their issues solved. Jack never even acknowledged my issue or apologized at all for this unacceptable and unprofessional (and illegal) behavior of overcharging customers! Someone contacted me yesterday from the form I filled out (when this happened on 7/9….. I was at a work meeting & could not talk on the phone, so I emailed them back with these photos. What I was charged and a photo of my actual meal showing the iced coffee! Not a freaking shake! Ghosted again. I also want a paper trail, & I’ve heard how horrible the service is on the phone anyway. I want it all in writing. At this point, for the extreme waste of my time, I want a complete refund because the behavior from this company has been beyond atrocious. It’s disgusting. Will NEVER go here again & anyone thinking of going here, I recommend you not. RUN. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Disgusting behaviour at this location. Asked to use the restroom so I could sit and enjoy a meal after. One of the employees banged and kicked the door while I was in there. Disgusting behaviour.

Now you’ve lost a customer. I was looking forward to a nice chicken sandwich before I started work. I love Jack n the Box I eat it every week. NEVER had anyone treat me with such disrespect during a visit.

I’ll never come back here again. Disgusting the employees definitely need more training – the colour of my skin was 100% a factor. Because they did this to someone else as well. Screenshot is attached. RACIST LOCATION GO SOME WHERE IT IS SAFE TO BE HUMAN.

This location NEVER gets your drive thru order correct. I live close by so it’s convenient to go to this location and our order food is never correct. We are always missing items in our bag and we always order our tacos without sauce and 9 times out of 10, they make them with sauce causing us to have to wait for new ones to be made. Never an apology, more like they are annoyed they have to remake the food.

The only times I leave a review is when I get excellent service.

Start to finish, whoever was working here on the day of October 18, treated me like excellence. It was the 4 PM shift, he was wearing a gray shirt, and an excellent smile.

That’s the type of service that I love to see aspiring for greatness, always, even if it’s just one customer in line. that guy deserves a raise. Thanks boss.

I initially went in to use the bathroom. I had the intention of buying something. I stood there and the employees didn’t say anything to me. They just looked at me and walked away. The employee who told me I could use the bathroom just stared at me while I was in line. I was the only one in the lobby. I don’t even know how long I would have been standing there. A “we’ll be right with you!” Makes all the difference. I felt ignored. So I left.
