Food was edible but the person at the kitchen kept coughing and I got sick when back home. There were flies around the table and all silverware was already place in the tables and I saw them landing in many of them. Silverware wasn’t pristine clean as well. For my family and I, unfortunately this was one in a lifetime experience.

I had the yummiest beef pho here, the broth was so flavorful and made exceptionally. My dad ordered a sandwich and the bread is outstanding. It’s all made fresh in house, they even gave me an extra baguette to dip in my pho. Super kind people, would recommend highly.

A little pricey. About 25$ for Ox tail Pho. Best Pho I’ve had though. Server was super attentive and asked enough but not to much if anything was needed. Giant portions, ox tail Pho came with 5 large chunks of meat on the bone. Fatty but rendered really well. Plan on coming back.

Wonderful restaurant!! We used to go all the time when they were on South Federal since I lived in Denver. So happy they are now nearby!! The food is every bit as good as it used to be, and is very authentic. We’ve tried the noodle bowls, soft shell crab, and rice paper wraps. So much good food to choose from on the menu!!

We were longtime fans of Saigon District One back when they were on South Federal (as New Saigon), so imagine our surprise when we stumbled across them in Lafayette! It felt like running into an old friend — familiar, delicious favorites with a fresh twist. The staff was warm, friendly, and right on point. So glad to see them thriving in their new spot — definitely worth the trip to North Metro!

Mai and her family have, in my opinion, the best Vietnamese food in Colorado. The restaurant is spotless, bar fully stocked and the food was outstanding! This place is worth a long drive, trust me!! 10/10 see you all tomorrow!!

WOW. I am absolutely thrilled with this new restaurant! Best dumplings I’ve ever had. We got the Saigon district one rice paper dish (pictured) and it was enough to feed 4 hungry people, was super fun to assemble ourselves and was absolutely to die for. The leftovers continued to impress us. I will be coming back here often and can’t wait to show it to all our friends!
My 2-year-old was equally impressed and ate everything!
The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and made the whole evening such a treat. 10/10
