I come to this Chipotle about three times a week during lunch, and it has been one of my favorite lunch spots. The team here is always friendly and welcoming, and the portions are consistently generous compared to nearby locations I’ve been to. Every time I stop by, my bowl is fresh, flavorful, and packed just the way I like it. It’s clear the staff here takes pride in what they do and values their customers. The pictures shown are from three separate visits, showing the consistency of my steak burrito bowl. This location goes above and beyond, and that’s why I keep coming back regularly.

Food was very good. But what stood out was the service. Justin, one of the employees, made the difference. He served me in the line and when it got slow, he wiped down all the table and then took care of the traffic. Truly refreshing to see someone who values their job and has an outstanding work ethic. I’m definitely an avid chipotle buyer, however this location is by far my go-to. The atmosphere with the staff, the service (especially with serving size), and overall quality is exemplary. I had Jacob, Nurbin, and Tyler (one of the managers) working the front when I ordered. Not only were the working non-stop, but they also gave time to strike conversation and make every customer feel welcome.

I ordered delivery from Uber eats and tracked the driver the whole way. He was very punctual but I still has cold tacos. Meanwhile, I’ve done many Doordash order for Chipotle and the shit I picked up off the shelves was cold…this is a McDonald’s franchise that doesnt use the same proximity time as a McDonald’s…Im not a Karen but Im disappointed.

Disappointing Experience at This Location
I recently visited this Chipotle and was very disappointed with the service and portions. The server gave me barely half a spoonful of rice — the bottom of the bowl was still visible. When I politely asked for a bit more, I was given the same small amount again. The same issue happened with the corn and sour cream, which were served in minimal portions.
As someone who previously worked for Chipotle, I’m familiar with the company’s portioning guidelines and customer service standards, and this experience did not reflect them. The employee also responded with noticeable attitude, which made the situation even more unpleasant.
After working an eight-hour shift, I simply wanted a meal served with care and respect. Unfortunately, this visit left a poor impression. I hope management addresses the staff’s attitude and ensures proper training on portion sizes and customer service expectations.

Went in to get 2 bowls and right off the bat I’m getting tiny portions of beans and rice and queso, I’m just like whatever I just won’t get chipotle for a while, when I get home and start eating, I felt some chewy strand of chicken only for me to realize it wasn’t chicken and it was actually plastic that I was chewing on. Took it out of my mouth and it was a long pice that was rolled up. Rolled it out and it looks like some plastic that you would get from a packaging. This is unacceptable and actually disgusting the team needs to pay more attention to make sure things like this don’t happen. I was greeted by the cashier which looked to be Hispanic or Latino but the person that was putting things in my bowl said nothing to me not even a greeting, just stared at me waiting for me to tell him what I want. This place was good but it looks like it’s gone down hill for sure. 01/08/25 3pm
