One thing that will make me come back and continue to come is the service! Thea and Donna were super sweet from the time I walked in!
Now let’s talk about the food! A1…I had the cheesesteak with all the fixings and when I tell you it was good! Now them wings Thea, you did them perfectly! Not to hard but definitely not to soft! That lemon pepper hit just right and to top it off my fries were hot! That is the biggest problem with places! Cold fries but everything was cooked to order, fresh and hot! I will be back lady’s

I come here at least once per week. This is the only place I will go for a great steak sandwich. Donna is awesome and always super helpful, remembers my order every time and gets the food out quickly. I highly recommend this location

What’s the use of having the app? I placed an order at 1055 for pickup at 1115 the earliest time available. This place opens at 11 and I’m there.. Three orders at register are being placed.. Yet those 3 orders were out be for mine and out before mine at 1115 and mine was just was given at 1128 but since I’m late back to work I have time to write a review.. And my dang order was still WRONG!
I originally have 2 star but when my food is wrong 1 star now!

There was no gap in time from me placing the order and store getting it. When I walked in my ticket was printed on counter by cash register because I let them know who I was that I had a app order. I assume they were already working my ticket. But the orders taken at register after my ticket were worked first. My app order was placed 5 min before you opened…

I absolutely love Charley’s ❤ My husband ordered the “Bacon 3 Philly Steak” and French fries . I Ordered the “Chicken Teriyaki with Provolone cheese . I definitely will keep returning to Charley’s because they have the best food and it’s made fresh every single time we return! The customer service is EXCELLENT! The restrooms are clean,, and so is the restaurant. Every time we walk into Charley’s we are greeted with a very warm welcome We will Definitely tell everyone we know that’s looking for good fresh food to come to Charley’s. They open at 10am and close at 9pm. Go check them out!! Your sure to leave very happy
