We understand they are new and trying to find their groove… however, 3 hrs for 10 wings is a very long time. Went in after the time to pick up and they said it would be at least another hour and a half. Asked for a refund and they didn’t know how nor were they willing to try. I’m sure they were overwhelmed but customer service is lacking.
They should be able to an issue a refund and for a new establishment, shouldn’t they have a manager at all times? Now, instead of being able to cancel our order, we have to do a charge back on our credit card because they wouldn’t do it.

If ai could guv 0 stars, I would. Buffalo Wild Wings Charles Town, WV is horrible. Food had to be thrown away it was so dry. They were out of 3 items, they forgot one of our meals, the chicken sandwich was a frozen patty prob from walmart. Id rather had a McDonalds chicken sandwich. Bhanu said they ran outbof items. Supposed to get a refund. Bhanu has promised 3 times hes refunding me still waiting. Employee said they have to give alot of refunds. Stay far away from this location
