7 out 10 times that I use the KFC mobile app to order the store gets the order wrong. Today I was missing a box with 3pc tenders, biscuit and coleslaw. I over heard the employees talking after I told them my order was wrong and one of them said “shit happens”. The person putting the order together has 1 important job to do, look at the receipt and make sure everything paid for is in the bag. Why can’t KCF in Haverhill get this right? P.S on my order tonight I did not receive any of the 4 sauces requested.
I stopped using uber to order because I would always end up driving myself to the store due to missing items.

Worst food I have ever had. The potato wedges were cold and flat like they’ve been out all day long. The chicken tenders were so hard I couldn’t even eat them. I threw the whole meal away and it was almost $14 worth I did try to call the manager and they didn’t pick up their phone cuz I was going to talk to the manager. If they are going to stay in business they better start doing better.

Walked in on time for my pickup order, there was nobody in the store eating then one other person waiting for a pickup. The staff had not started either one of our orders had to wait in additional 25 minutes. Once I received my order it was not complete had to ask for the missing fries, the manager apologized and handed me a small fry, I told him it was supposed to be a large fry and showed him the family meal description, I then watched him take the small fry and dump it into the large fry container and place it back in the bag and hand it to me. As I was waiting a few more people came in for their pickup orders and not one of them was even started. One of the staff members was in street clothes not a uniform and on his phone and was extremely rude, do not recommend this KFC

Workers hide behind the food service station to avoid customers at the register all the time, doesn’t matter what time of day you go in, doesn’t matter if it’s in the morning, afternoon, or at night. I understand that the job sucks and people don’t want to be there, but I’m only there to drive for Uber eats And they mark their deliveries as done, even though they’re not, which gets us in trouble all the time. I’m not doing Uber eats anymore because of this location, they ruined my rating.

We paid $32.00 for a box of 12 tender at KFC in Haverhill. When we go home and opened the box the chicken tender were shrunk up and fried to almost petrified chicken. It was awful. So disappointed. Always loved kfc but don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Horrible hard food, wedges were bricks ( as if they’ve been sitting under lights for days). While slow around 3:00 p.m. took 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me at the counter. After no less than 4 employees made eye contact with me. This is the worst location ever. Worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Place is trash. Out of chicken breast which was supposed to be 2 with my order. Offered me extra chicken, so I agreed. Gave me an extra wing, and 2 extra drumsticks to make up for the 2 breasts they couldn’t provide. So I got an extra wing with 2 drumsticks to replace 2 chicken breasts. Total of 9 pieces instead of 8. Shame on whoever’s in charge. Shame on them. Stay away. Bootleg to say the very most.

Well this experience was a true dichotomy the food is just the chicken KFC is so delicious scrumptious and the rolls and coleslaw and mashed potatoes it’s so good but the drive-through was just mobbed it was packed and people were circling around on old Honda 350 motorcycle Subarus trying to cut the line cut me off but this was a great experience all those employees should be making double the money
