Clean store, and to all of you that complain about gloves I think you know the gloves hold multiple times more bacteria on them then when handling food with just clean washed hands..

Only reason as to why I’m giving you guys 2 stars instead of 1 was cause the pizza was made on time . Everything else on this order was a disaster. Stuffed crust pizza had no cheese in it cause it popped out of the crust. I also ordered that cheese pizza with EX. Cheese but somehow I saw more marinara than cheese (most of the cheese you see is from the crust) . The new Oreo stuffed bites were by far the worst part. They were dryer than the desert, no cream inside and no drizzle at all! Very disappointed. Can’t even call and complain cause nothing gets resolved with this store they try to offer you a discount for your next order .

Ordered 2 pizzas. The driver had them in his car for over an hour after he left the store. Once he arrived, the driver handed me 2 boxes which were not even closed. They were literally wide open. Both pizzas were BURNT, COLD and were flooded with sauce. We were frequent customers so I called the store. The manager was rude and wanted me to wait outside for the driver to come back so he could get “proof.” Proof? The manager already knew that the driver had the pizzas in his car for over an hour before came to my house because I called him. Try another location since apparently new management in this store is subpar.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Papa Johns and I used to work at one. As soon as I walk in she yells “pick up” I didn’t know if it was a question or a state clearly it was a question to me but that’s not how you address customers walking into your store as a manager. My pizza literally looks like someone just put a bunch of veggies in the middle of the pizza in half. When I complained she said that’s what you ordered and walked away. I will never put business here again. The poor guy working the oven looked over it the way this lady was talking. Fire her and get a new store manager please.

Asked for a large pizza with spinach, jalapeños, and bell peppers . We waited for the pizza but when we received it it was missing the jalapeños and bell peppers so they offered to fix outlet order but throwing some jalapeños and left it in the oven till it was burned and it was later on thrown on the counter in the kitchen we asked for the pizza and the person didn’t even know we ordered but then checked for the pizza and found it laying in the kitchen counter, on top of everything that just happened they didn’t even bother to tell us our pizza was ready after fixing our order

Opinion: Your experience at this location can vary wildly each visit. Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe bad. For the best deal, check the specials on the app. I do love the local partnership with a shelter (picture included). A couple chairs for guests could make it more tolerable for guests who need to wait. It would also help if there was a sign that stated how the store IDs orders: by order number, name, phone number, etc.
Notes: Pick-up can be done in store or via drive-thru. If you use the app, go by the original time estimate; it might say it’s ready on the app faster than the estimated time but there’s no guarantee that’s accurate. Be prepared to wait an extra 10+ minutes.

I frequently order from this Papa John’s location and have always used the drive-thru to pick up my food. On this visit, I pulled up to the window as usual. A African-American woman inside appeared to be gesturing something, but since she didn’t open the window, I couldn’t hear or confirm if she was addressing me. I patiently waited, assuming someone would assist me.
Instead, she suddenly began yelling inside the store, drawing attention from customers and making it clear rather rudely that I wasn’t allowed to use the drive-thru. I ended up parking and going inside to pick up my order, which was already ready.
I’m not sure what difference it made whether I picked it up through the window or inside, but the way it was handled was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION THE FIRST TIME WE GOT THE WRONG INGRIDIENTS NOW WE DID NOT GET WHAT WE ORDERED WHICH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE SUPER HAWAIIAIN PIZZA ALL WE GOT WAS A PLAIN CHEESE PIZZA NOT WELL DONE THE WAY WE ORDERED IT. If you are going to order from this Papa Johns, I highly recommend you order in the evening. Shaun is the manager is great. Over the years, I’ve had to call to upon delivery because the instructions weren’t followed. After another incident, I simply told the delivery person, who apparently relayed the message to Shaun. He called me immediately and apologized and told me to call him whenever I place an online order. Since then, the pizzas are delivered as ordered. I’ve developed a rapport with few of the delivery personnel, who are super friendly and courteous and professional. Kudos to Shaun and the delivery team!
