We made the mistake today of getting a to-go order from this Wendy’s. Our order was two classic chicken sandwiches and one spicy chicken sandwich with a side of chili. The three sandwiches were so gross they were inedible!! The chicken seemed to be wrapped in fat and could not be chewed up. They were totally gross and had to be tossed in the trash! Will NEVER visit this Wendy’s again.
Total order was $21 dollars and change.

Just because of the lettuce shortage does not mean we will not get it in our sandwich. We should be informed before placing order. If you are not adding all ingredients you are not supposed to charge us full price.

Ok, as a person with many food allergies, I would love to see a food allergy poster AND…. employees that know what kind of oil is used in the fryer. I asked the young lady taking my order if the fryer contained soy bean or canola oil. She asked someone in the back and came out with this answer, ” it’s just regular oil”. No problem, I wont order any fries. Nice staff, would like to see them better educated on ingredients….Rant over….
This Wendy’s just opened. Its beautiful, clean and modern! Food was great, bathrooms clean, located across from huge gas station, right off the highway.

Slowest fast food joint I’ve ever been to. 20 minutes to get small order of fries in a hamburger. Someone brought their very young children to work and they’re running around playing in the restaurant not being attended to crawling all over floors at customer’s feet

My family & I decided to eat at this Wendy’s in Hogansville, GA after being out of town all day. We were in a RV with a 40′ enclosed trailer attached, so clearly we could not go thru the drive thru. My wife, son, & his girlfriend walk up to the dining room door where there is sign attached to the door that stated the dining room was open till 8 pm, it was 6:52 pm. The dining room door was looked & the staff just looked at them & did nothing. Finally a staff member came to the door after about 10 minutes & said we could go to the drive thru window to place our order. When we got to the drive thru window, the staff just kept looking at us, talking smack about us & saying how stupid we were for coming to the drive thru window. The same staff member that opened the door finally opened the window in the drive thru, only to tell us to step aside so the drive thru customer could be served because that customer was on a timer & we were not. The staff was very rude & all of them need to be re-trained on customer service skills. My family will never eat at this Wendy’s again. Several truck drivers walked across the street from the truck stop & were not served as well. We took our business to another restaurant where the customer service was much better.
