Fantastic place for parties or family gatherings.
Very clean, fun environment. The staff were helpful and true friendly.
Definitely book ahead. There’s lots of parking and it is easily accessible off the interstate. The food platter was delicious. No complaints about that.

First time going to Top Golf [for a birthday]. It was very nice with wide open spaces to have big group gatherings. I loved the atmosphere of having indoor dining with fresh air. Our children enjoyed playing golf while also watching the screen play out where their ball went and also kept up with their score. The animation for the angry birds game was the cutest! We really love the food choices too. They offer a nice variety of bar foods but with high quality ingredients. delicious

Eating to Health
The farmhouse flatbread was gluten free & I asked to take off Parmesan & sauce to make it vegan. That was excellent & and waitress was awesome for suggesting it. Now for the Opportunities: 1. Front desk personnel could be more helpful & accommodating. We arrived 30 minutes early for a company party event & tried to ask for slight accommodations to the previously ordered food package for one person me & I was with the person who paid for the event. The front desk staff told us to wait for our ambassador/waitress to help us with that. It would have been ok if she could actually accommodate us then. However, when she went to the kitchen the salad had already been made and they didn’t want to provide me a small bowl without cheese/gluten chips without paying for it as a separate meal. 2. The company provided meal package had a fajita bar & salad (mixed in cheese/gluten chips). The refried beans had cheese on top/wheat & salad was a no go. Therefore I was left eating cilantro rice & corn tortillas with just salsa inside. 3. Top golf needs to do better accommodating allergies/dietary restrictions. The buffet style was good, signs telling allergies is good, but with a few changes it could be more accommodating for people with allergies. Put all cheese & gluten/wheat items to the side. Therefore salad could be labeled as gluten free & vegan. The refried beans should not contain wheat or cheese on top. Why it contains wheat is beyond me. As for the cheese put it on the side so if someone wants cheese on the beans they can add it. As for the corn tortillas they should be heated not cold. There should have been plain sautéed bell peppers and plain lettuce on side by the chicken/meat options. Instead bell peppers were just mixed in the meat options. I could have easily made a bell peppers & refried beans corn tortillas tacos if that was done. Instead I had to order & pay for separately my own meal. I only took off one star because if I came in as a regular customer the menu was labeled & the meal I did buy was excellent. Just make your party offered items better. Or at least train, inform, and allow your staff to provide an accommodative plate of the provided items for allergy/dietary concerns without charging extra. The food waste for parties is excessive. The food the company paid for had plenty left but they don’t allow anyone to take home the leftovers it goes in the trash.

Arabella carries this place. Wouldn’t be nothing without her. We are the best table she’s ever had. Both are top tier.

Had a very sorry server would not recommend having Kannon as your server. We ordered food and didn’t get it within the whole time we were there once our game was over I went over to a manager to take it off our tab she was kind and explained that their kitchen was backed up, I was understanding about the situation but I still felt some type of way that our server didn’t even check up on us or give us any update within a whole 2 hours of being there! The manager said that the food would be on the house so we decided to wait only to be told after another 30 minutes that the food “accidentally” went to another table and that the kitchen was closed so there wouldn’t be no more food. After all said and done we were ready to leave until Kannon decided to make the situation worse by being rude and passive aggressive. I asked her if we were good to go she said yes, right when we were leaving out she demanded (yes demanded not even being dramatic) that we close our tab with her but then asks me if I wanted to close the tab at the front or with her which was really confusing because I literally just asked you a few seconds ago it almost felt like she was trying to make a fool out of me infront of folks we decided to remain cool even after the sorry service and disrespect. I would NOT recommend Kannon as your server your better off sending a sloth to the kitchen for your order

I am so disappointed. We just moved back to Memphis from Nashville & we LOVED going to TopGolf in Nashville….however we have been here on 3 separate occasions & the service was so bad each time. This last time was Valentine’s Day….after about 30 minutes there we were finally asked if we wanted something. She was so incredibly rude but we ordered. after that we didn’t see her for a long time. It took 40 minutes to get the refills we requested. After that I emailed Kendra (who had emailed me after the 2nd visit with crappy service) to let her know we were there again and the service was worse than the first time we were there. She stated that she wasn’t there but someone would be right over…..they never showed. Our game play was stopped for 20 minutes because there was something stuck in the machine that they had to fix. The group next to us had complained as we were both hitting balls the entire time but only half the shots were actually registering. When the manager (I assume) was done talking to them he walked by & I was waiting to see if he was coming to see us, but he wasn’t. He did have the decency to see I was not happy & ask if everything was ok. I explained the situation & he discount part of our ticket…which is great I guess but I would have rather had a positive experience. Unfortunately until they fix the staff I would stay away from here. Also, the waitress & another employee were talking and cursing & she was pounding her fist as we were leaving. I emailed this to Kendra as well but have had no follow up. At this point I think it’s safe to say we will spend our money else where until they fix the staffing issues. I hope they do because it can be so much fun….this is why we can’t have nice things in Memphis…..

Before making my reservation, I called to confirm that I had a $100 food and beverage credit. The contract states that if the full $100 is not used, it is non-refundable, which I understood and had no issue with. We were a party of 10, so I was confident our bill would exceed that amount. However, upon arrival, they refused to honor the credit. I chose not to argue because it was my husband’s birthday.

Second, I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early (7:15 p.m.) before our event. I checked in well before that time. The receptionist told us our host would come down to escort us to our bays. After waiting 30 minutes with no host, we were told to go upstairs to Bays 207 and 208 and that the host would meet us there. Another 10–15 minutes passed with no host. Since this was our first visit, we were unsure how to proceed and had to ask another host for assistance.

Additionally, all available golf clubs were for right-handed players. My husband is left-handed, which caused another 10–15 minutes of delay. We were scheduled for only 2.5 hours in the bay, and a significant portion of that time was lost due to the lack of guidance and delays. I explained this to the manager, noting that our time was shortened because we were sent upstairs late and no host was available. At the end, we were told we could “play a little longer” only after putting everything away and gathering our belongings.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for our first visit and for my husband’s birthday.

Update: The owner will tell you to reach out so management will reach out but they don’t care. No one reached out to me.

Went back to TopGolf but this time it was with a large group with about 25 people. We took our youth group for a bonding event. We tried to make reservations in advance for our large group but you are required to purchase a food package in advance when booking large groups. The food packages are very expensive and didn’t have enough variety for the kids so we had to make 2 separate bay reservations without food. The service was not good and we waited a long time for drinks and food. My advice to you, if you have a large party, order your food and beverages early because it may take up to 45 minutes to get your food and drinks. The initial server was not happy to see so many people. Her shift was about to end and you could tell that she was ready to go after we arrived. Overall, we still had a good time. If you do go as a large group, I recommend eating before you go or eat somewhere else after you leave TopGolf. They don’t have the resources in the kitchen to handle large groups unless you buy a food package in advance.
