2nd time the mess ed up my order. Ordered pepperoni and chicken pizza, only chicken on the pizza. They kept saying it wasnt rdy and still in the oven, pizza came out….no cold but warm. How and we had to wait because “it was still in the oven. And it wasnt even cut, had to go home and cut it. We also ordered BONELESS bbq wings….they gave us bone-in wings and they werent quite done. I believe its the night shift to be honest. Time b4 this, we ordered bone-in wings…man them joints were hard as a rock, almost broke a tooth. Thats the reason we TRIED ordering boneless. I went to pick up my pizza and it was completely burnt. When I called, the manager told me to bring it back and they would make a new one. The problem is — I had just driven there. The mistake was on their end, yet I was expected to use more gas and time to fix it. That’s not good customer service. When a business makes an error, the least they can do is make it right without inconveniencing the customer further. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. ( the image is a piece of the poorly cut burnt dry pizza.)

Amazing as always. I ate 1/2 of it as soon as I walked through the door. The people at the store were kind and there was a drive-thru, that made it even better ! Highly recommend.

Totally unacceptable! They had to make the food twice. I have pics but I’m not sure how to post them. We ordered like threw different pizzas and a salad. The veggie pizza had tomatoes the size of a dinosaur foot! The salad had lettuce pieces the same size! The staff was not dressed properly (crocs and pajama bottoms) and there was lots of loud talking and playing! Will not be going back!

I ordered 3 Pizzas with Specific toppings. Went to pick up and it was incorrect. Took it in for them to correct and it took too long. Workers were talking, playing and moving slow. I spoke to the so called manager because I was dis-satisfied with the customer service and food. Getting my pizzas, the veggie part was a disgrace with the tomatoes cut and chopped chunks on top! Not how it’s supposed to look. Poor presentation!!! I asked for some of my money back. Girl workers working in PJ’s are not appropriate either!!! Poor management. If I had a section to post the pic I would!!!…smh

It looked clean from the front window & drive thru window. Dude was a lil nonchalant at the window but it didn’t bother me. The only issue I had here was that they gave me some light skin undercooked bacon , on my pizza but I called them and let them know the issue and they just made me a whole new one within 15 minutes. Extra crispy Appreciate you guys for fixing the issue right away. The food was good. The service was OK. Greet with a smile ext time your in customer service it matters!

We ordered pizza and wings. The wings were good but we were really disappointed in the pizza. It had too much sauce, the cheese was not to the edges and worse of all the sausage was like meatballs that were not completely cooked.

If you don’t have the box don’t sell the meal! I ordered the “Great taste of StL” box. For one who wants their cheese bites and toasted ravs to taste like cinnamon sugar and for two they did not put any meat sauce in the container! So unprofessional, this should be a customer choice, they should have reached out to me to see if I was ok with them not having the box or at least put them all in separate to go boxes.

By far the WORST Imos in St.Louis city & county!!!!!!! I tried this location too many times and this was the last. The salad picture added was a box full of CHEESE ! They literally DUMPED THE BAG IN THE CONTAINER & the lettuce was old and warm!
The pizza is always over Sauced! The workers are extremely LAZY and the ENTIRE staff needs to be replaced!!!! Drive those extra miles to the Washington location until this place gets a new friendly STAFF!!! Save your MONEY!!!!

Customer service was decent once someone actually came to the pick up window. Food was not ready so we parked. Went to restroom and it could used a refresher but wasn’t crazy dirty. Food was decent, the chef salad tasted like refrigerator… the meat itself tasted like refrigerator.
