We have always been a fan of Little Caesars food & found them to be a good value for the money, regardless of the location. But we have had so many bad experiences at the Asheboro location that ownership has to take a hard look at their lack of concern for their customers before they don’t have any customers left. More times than not orders are not made correctly or not at all. Today we ordered online. We never received a notice that our order was ready, we went into the store and no one asked to help us. The cashier wore her pants practically down to her thighs and she had no idea where our order was.The store is extremely hot and there is no where to wait or sit. Uber delivery drivers were waiting to pick up and were told their orders were not even made yet. The mgmt is obviously hiring incompetent people and not enough quality staff to do the job. Franchises are supposed to follow company standards and this location falls short. We asked for our money back.

I have a new respect for Little Caesars in Asheboro! I stopped in there today to pick up some pizzas for the kids after going to some Trunk or Treats. As I am waiting, there is clearly a homeless man in here charging his phone and patiently waiting to what I thought, pick up a pizza he had ordered. Once the line was cleared he stepped up politely, and cowardly with his head hanging… Stuttued over his words a little but asked if they had anything expiring that maybe he could have. The lady, very nicely turned around and opened the case and handed him two small boxes. He thanked her greatly and profusely! Of course I stopped him and let him order an actual pizza of his choice and he even kept saying “Its OK whatever is cheapest, it doesn’t matter”
Thank you Little Caesars!!!! You will definitely get more business from me now! There is so many establishments that would rather throw the food out than help someone that could use it! ❤️❤️❤️

I love Little Caesars… Pretty much everyone you go to is the same.. They’re Pizza is not the best.It does have the best price… Crazy bread is my favorite , but it’s certainly has gone down hill over the years..

This location is decent if you catch them on a good day. Problem is, I’ve been here on too many not good days. There have been a couple times I’ve waited for over an hour for a couple pizzas and that was with ordering them ahead of time online. That’s just not really acceptable for a place that is basically the fast food of pizza.

Ordered a thin crust cheese pizza and when I get home it looked like they toasted/baked it 3 times…it looked OLD and couldn’t even see the cheese on it. I called for them to make me a fresh one and took that one back and when arrived to the location they acting like they don’t know how that happened. I drove 20 mins to get me a fresh made pizza which I was supposed to get in the first place and no reinforcement for nothing. Not buying at this location no more. They also need better service/staff. Adding pictures and judge for yourself.

I ordered delivery , took over one hour and five min to be delivered, food was cold and 2 items were left out of order, called them and was told I had to call Uber because they could not give refund. This was first time ordering from them, was very disappointed, left out two items and had no crazy sauce at all, even tho I ordered extra one. Told me they could not help me or give anything to compensate for missing items. This is poor way to run a business, will not be ordering from them again. Do not even deserve the one star I gave them .

Did an online order to be picked up by my husband at 7pm, got an email that it was ready and in the portal with the code, got there and apparently it was sold or something and there was no other pizzas ready. My daughter’s boy friend was over and i was planning on feeding them dinner before he went home at 8, but pizza was still not ready at 7:40 when his mom was otw to pick him up. This seems to be a normal thing here.

This is a double pepperoni Pizza, if that’s a double then what is a single have on it? There wasn’t much on the pizza including the sauce. The second picture is what it should look like. I was very disappointed

terrible staff i asked nicely if i could get another pizza they told me no because she had already cleaned the machine and didn’t want to clean it again mind you this was 40 mins before their closing time they took 35+ minutes to give me my pizza the lady up front was also on a phone while talking to me on her personal cell phone terrible staff and customer service.
