I brought my wife and three children to have breakfast here we were sat fast and were able to place our order quick. We got our drinks and food in a decent amount of time but after the waitress brought our food to us we never saw her again until it was time for our check. She didn’t check to see if we needed refills or wanted anything else she completely disappeared after. We thought it was weird but then realized they charged gratuity automatically so she must of thought she could ignore us she definitely wouldn’t have gotten a $20 tip with the service she gave us.

Wow, I’ve been a skillet nut my whole life and have tried many at different restaurants in my 67 years. But I can honestly and unequivocally say that the carnitas skillet here was the best skillet I have ever had. Perfectly cooked pork, amazing seasoned potatoes and just the right amount of pepper heat. Get it with tortillas and make tacos, but that’s this old Mexican’s humble opinion.

Ordered breakfast to go. Pancakes (no butter no syrup) check your order before leaving. Meat lovers skillet was mostly under-cooked sliced potatoes. I won’t be going back.

I’m a very picky eater so trust me when I say this food was delicious I also tried my husband and kids food and I was not disappointed 10/10. The service was great. Walking in I thought I was going to be a long wait since there were 5 families ahead of us but to my surprise we only waited for 7 mins.
Food came in a timely matter, our server Cassandra was attentive to us.
The price was a little higher than what we normally pay for a family of 5 but it was worth every penny.
We have found our new favorite Breakfast restaurant

The service at The Cracked Egg was exceptional. From the friendly greeting at the door to the attentive waitstaff, every aspect of the service was top-notch. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. The food arrived promptly and was beautifully presented.
I ordered Benedict Eggs with Salmon and Avocado:
This dish was a standout. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, with a runny yolk that complemented the creamy avocado. The addition of smoked salmon added a delightful, savory depth to the dish. The hollandaise sauce was rich and flavorful without being overly heavy. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, making it a satisfying and indulgent breakfast choice.

Inside looked beautiful. The food however wasn’t the greatest. I got skillet with chorizo. Most of the potatoes were super burnt and inedible which was disappointing. The pancakes were super dry I almost choked. The waitress was supposed to bring syrup right after she set my plate down but didn’t see her for a while. Also needed a refill on my drink and waitress took long. Wasn’t very attentive. The place looked amazing but definitely wouldn’t want to come back due to mediocre food and bad service.

First time customer. Food is great. We had the 2-2-2 breakfast, French toast and skirt steak. I was surprised that there was no price on the menu for the steak. It just said market price. Well the price was 36.00. That’s the most I’ve paid for a skirt steak ever! So that was very surprising. Also the freshly squeezed o.j. was 7 or 8 dollars.Thats a bit much I believe but that was my fault for not looking. The last complaint I have is the tip. We were a family of four. Two being minors. One kid didn’t even order a meal just fries. Still the tip was added automatically (18%). I don’t agree with this. I believe if it’s a party of 6 or more maybe. I tip well and don’t need your restaurant telling me what I should tip and if the service was worth 18% that should be left to the customer to decide. In conclusion the food yes it’s good. I would recommend you being upfront with pricing. And let people know you will charge 18% gratuity. Even though your device is not worth 18%.

Saw this place and thought it would be a great place to eat. It’s a bit overpriced in general and for the area. Clean inside. Staff is not very attentive. Ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs. The food was not really as hot as should be however overall had great flavor. Upon receiving my ticket I noticed they charged 1.00 for a “price increase”. When they ran my debit card there was an additional fee known as the “credit card fee”. In the US it is against the merchant agreement with Mastercard to charge a surcharge on debit cards. In other words it’s illegal. When this was brought to their attention I was laughed at. Yes I am only one person, however in volume as they do this to everyone it’s a giant increase in the revenue. Or the merchant provider they are using revenue. It’s fraud nonetheless. Keep your eyes out for this when using your debit card at any business.
