I ordered food from there twice within one week delivered to me both times cold I called and I spoke with the manager of the store to let him know He was unhelpful rude and told me that I shouldn’t deliver and I should go down there to pick it up. Bad delivery service For your money!!!

The pizza itself it’s a monstrosity to the human race. I threw up about twice from one pizza. It’s an abomination to Society. The chicken is chewy. I don’t think it was even cooked fully. If it weren’t for God, I don’t know where I’ll be. Absolutely unacceptable. Could not even finish. Have a blessed day.

The service was nice until I got home and called back about the pizza not being cut fully causing me to rip while I try to eat. The pizza is soggy. I wish I never drove off. The guy who took my order told me it was the “new guy fault.” said that pizza was practically burnt!!! After that he offered nothing to replace and was in silence on the other end of the phone call. 17$ for nothing .

I’ve been a career Road Runner enthusiast for literally over 20 years. I know their phone number by heart. The other night though I ordered a small pepperoni pizza…..I haven’t been there since I moved out of Worcester 3 years ago…..it was so small, I mean microscopic small…..you take one medium-size bite to the crust. No exaggeration. They downsized the small pizza to these ridiculously small boxes and you get 8 bites of actual pizza per small order. What a shame. Still tastes great, I’ll give them that, but $11 for 8 bites of pepperoni pizza is just not for me.

I’ve been ordering from this Road Runner for 2 decades but lately it has drastically gone down hill, to the point of disgusting. Their pizzas are SOOO greasy and paper thin. The dough is literally soaked with grease. Since the crust is thin the grease passed through the crust and sheets of wax paper underneath the pizza and soaked the box. When you pick up a slice it hangs by the crust. I’m done ordering from here, wasting my money until they either get a new cook or change how they make the large pizzas. It’s like they made the diameter larger but failed to add dough to the recipe.
If the owner of Road Runner wants to speak with this 20+ yr loyal customer then feel free to. My contact Info is in your computers. If it talk productive and I’m happy with the results then I’ll adjust this review.

Overall the pizza looks alright. But the breadsticks. IDK why it’s called breadsticks. It’s JUST two slices of bread. One side toasted the other left untouched. It’s taste like straight bread which makes is not what breadsticks are supposed to taste like.

This place has the worst customer service. Customer service is so important. If I am giving my hard earned money and expecting hot food, in a timely manner. Over 2 hours wait with eta to speak of! Wow don’t waste your time or money! There are way better options for food and the customer service experience matters. Road runner hit the road, your customer service is pathetic and not existent!

Ordered from their app. BBQ chicken pizza. Something’s not right about it. The crust is weird it’s not how it used to be. It’s got this weird taste to it and this hardly any barbecue sauce on it. I asked for it to be well done, it’s not. And it just tastes strange. I haven’t ordered from here in a long time. Back to where I usually buy it from. I don’t know what I was thinking. But good Lord the delivery was fast!! I’ve never had food delivered so quick too bad it wasn’t good.

Meep Meep indeed! Now I get what that cartoon coyote was going through. Going to this restaurant is like painting a realistic tunnel on a wall and then watching your potential food walk right into it, and then when you try you get squashed flat against the sideways surface! You know what I mean??!
You don’t have to order from ACME to get stuff from here as it’s a real place and not a cartoon restaurant. We ordered lettuce, bacon and tomato sandwiches (I wish there was an easier way to write that…!) and there were no regrets on that.
There was a door that said it was out of order, but I saw some guy walk through it, so it seems like the door could actually be working.
I took several pictures and one of the staff came up and asked if we took video. I sadly didn’t and told him. He pretended to look mad because you could tell he was disappointed. So I went back the next day to get some vids! Hopefully this will cheer him up!
So remember Road Runner pizza is a great place to order a sandwich and take videos! Don’t stand around with an umbrella before you get crushed by a big rock, go in today!

I’m a every weekend customer at Road runner on Hamilton st. Today I got a large hamburger pizza when I got it and got home it was like eating dough. Not cooked at all. I put in instructions “medium chared” guy who makes pizza or owns the place said he didn’t know what that meant lol So I brought it back and they cooked me a new one only to get the same exact result. Not a sorry not a curticy soda or free something they looked at me like I had 2 heads while I’m holding the pizza showing how disgusting it was dripping floppy all over my hand. Been a customer for years and after today I’ll never go back. This picture is the second pizza they made me. I actually apologized for the inconvenience when they inconvinced me lol. A homeless person wouldn’t accept the pizza they make now that’s how bad it is never mind the crappy attitude god forbid I didn’t want to eat half cooked dough and get sick me and my family.
