This was my first time eating at Pelicana, and it’s a solid 10/10. The fried chicken was amazing easily the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Everything was prepared fast, fresh, and full of flavor. The prices are affordable, and the food is absolutely delicious. Excellent experience overall.

The Pelicana quality and service you can count. This is second Pelicana we’ve tried in Texas. Known for their decision cheese balls, 100% fresh chicken wings and Korean style hot fish cake soup. Came in with family and we enjoyed our experience together at this location. Big shout to Hayoung and the chef to make a delicious meal. Highly recommend for visitors or chicken wings lovers.

I am giving 4 stars because the service was so good. We had a large group and the food came quickly. It’s a good place to get chicken. I just prefer some other places personally. Again, service and wait times were great. We were all split on the Cheesy Snowy fries. Not my favorite but my wife and a couple of my kids liked them. The Spicy Mayo sauce was pretty good.

I recently visited Pelicana Chicken and ordered the fries, cheese sticks, and the Banban chicken (split between original and honey garlic). Let me tell you—the food was out of this world! The quality was fantastic, and the flavor was explosive. Each bite was juicy and packed with incredible taste.
The atmosphere really added to the experience, with good vibes and great music that made the meal even more enjoyable. The service was beyond amazing; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

The chicken wings were crispy. We got the original and cheese flavor, which were really good. We were told they were out of some of some of the flavors. The fish cake soup was underwhelming. The broth was good, but the fish cakes tasted stale and hard like they were old. Probably won’t order that again, but we’ll come back to try the other flavors.

I went here with my twin brother on Friday 04/25. We were seated at the bar and we had a great experience here with the customer service and we had our questions answered. A very simple process here is to press the button for service, but the servers were around and checking up on us. They serve you a small bowl of popcorn as a snack.

Nothing spectacular about this Korean Fried Chicken franchise. Pell Shaken Fries had a ridiculous amount of cheese powder on them. We also got the crispy banban chicken with half in garlic sauce and half not sauced. The plain was better than the garlic sauce, but the chicken was dry. We were seated under the speakers so it was really loud. Overall, probably would not come back with other chicken places around the area but good to try for the first time.

I’m not one to do a review but this was soo good I had to. I’ve tried many a KFC (Korean fried chicken) spots in the Dallas area and yea hands down this is the best. Got the crispy chicken with the garlic sauce. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors. No exaggerations like most food bloggers in the DFW

So glad to have another great Korean fried chicken option in the area. We tried the soy and hot chili both original style. The soy had better flavor but both were crisp and juicy!! Sides were all great as well. Service was prompt and polite.

The staff here is super nice! And the interior is modern and casual – I love the vibe.
The chicken is juicy and crispy, and the sauce is a bit like a barbecue sauce, but not as strong – I can’t quite describe it well, but it went well with the chicken. (But it’s off to the side, so if you don’t like it, you don’t have to add it.) The fries were fresh from the fryer and just right – neither too stiff nor too soft. The radishes were lightly pickled and just a little sweet, and the cheese balls were also sweet and almost like mochi – great to finish the meal with.
Everything can be eaten with your hands, but it’s a bit messy, so you may want to ask for napkins. But if there are supposed to be some utensils for the radishes, I probably looked a bit silly eating them…
The store was super busy because of the Honkai Star Rail promotion going on, so there was a significant but understandable wait – but the food came out super fresh. And again, all the staff was super nice and friendly despite just how busy it was inside and outside the store. I really appreciated their professionalism.
Overall the restaurant experience was well worth the drive over. I’d love to come here again, even without the promotion!
