We stopped for fuel and even though the gas station bathrooms were deplorable, the Subway area was clean and neat. The Server Kristen was excellent. She has the BEST Customer Service skills. My husband and I shared a sandwich and it was very good.

To Whom It May Concern : I’m giving a 5 star review to Ms Jessica, because I don’t believe in giving a Business 1 star review. The Owners can only be addressed to the matter. They are not at fought, because of a employee not caring to know any better. The young woman that came on night shift tonight, denied (Dine In Customer) restroom at 7:25PM. She had a Nasty Attitude. Needs to work on her Professional Customer Skills. She told me to go next door to Hungry Howie and use restroom. I asked to speak with other lady Ms Jessica that was their. Ms. Jessica told me that they just switched shifts. She was getting ready to leave. If it wasn’t for her leaving, she would let me use restroom. Bathroom was working just fine. The young woman didn’t want to have to clean at end of shift. Ms. Jessica deserves a raise and a Manager position. She doesn’t have a lazy bone in her body. You need many more Ms Jessica’s. I’ve read Florida statues. Deny a Dine In Customer the restroom is against Florida statues. Next time, could be a Attorney or Judge. Owners need to have a meeting with your employees. I’m a Business Owner myself. This would cost my employee their job if they did it again. Being hired in any field of work, you have task to complete.

Server did not know what the sub of the day was, “HELLO!!”” Tried Mondays special the “MEAT”ball sub. One bite and the ball made me imagine what dog food would taste like. Sauce was like Ragu from 1990. Good bread.

Jaz absolutely made my night. I ordered a turkey sub on wheat and it was absolutely perfect. She was suuper friendly. I will be asking for her in the future. She absolutely represented subway in a way any manager should and would be proud of. Thanks again!!!

While on our way from Tampa to St. Augustine, we decided to stop for dinner. After searching for nearby options, we came across Subway, which was the ideal spot for a quick break in our journey.
We found a Subway restaurant inside a gas station and knew exactly what we wanted to order. We opted for the Grilled Chicken Salad with Pepper-jack cheese, along with a variety of vegetables such as Cucumber, Tomato, Onion, Spinach, and Olives. To add some spice to the salad, I requested Chipotle Sauce. The location had the added convenience of chopping the cucumber and tomato before adding it to our salad.
I had a great experience at Subway. The service was excellent, and the servers were very attentive to our order. The ingredients in our sandwiches and salads were fresh and delicious. Our salad was served promptly, which was much appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the quality of the food.
We thoroughly enjoyed our grilled chicken salad, which was made with all the perfect ingredients and tasted absolutely delicious. The restaurant also proved to be the perfect dinner spot for us.
