Upon walking in the store there is ZERO acknowledgment. I even spoke to the staff in a happy manner trying to make it feel less awkward as the entire atmosphere was very unwelcoming. But still ZERO communication. This being my first (and last) time visiting i wasn’t sure what to get and asked for recommendations,. To which none were provided. Instead just requested an ice coffee with cream and sugar. When i got it, it was milk and sugar. the staff did not seem to have any emotion or personality. i deleted the app and left and wont be back.

This was my very first time setting foot inside of this store, (Pearl, Ms.) I ordered two donuts and an ice coffee.
Service was great, the inside of the store was nice and clean. The donuts were good. However, when I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, the toilet caught my eye. Nasty!!!!!
And on top of that, no soap to wash my hands, sink was Nasty, and no paper towels..

Never in my life have I seen these doughnuts glazed in such a manner that you can see the actual doughnut underneath the glaze. You can’t charge full price and deliver such a poor product. Your doughnuts are too dry and too thick to not be properly glazed with the strawberry frosting. I’ve eaten this same doughnut at locations around the world and have never seen anything like this.

My daughter had a gift card for the store so we went there early Sunday morning. There were no cars in the parking lot and a couple in drive-thru so we went into the store. There was no greeting or acknowledgment that we even walked into the place. The selection of specialty donuts were minimal for that time of the morning and others were of low stock. I placed and paid for my order at the kiosk and again, no acknowledgment. Drive-thru seemed to be moving slow, the staff was either talking in the back or making coffees. After a few minutes, someone walked up and started gathering my order. They put the boxes on top of the counter and said “Thanks” and walked off. My daughter and I laughed at this and walked out. As for the quality of donuts, they seemed old and somewhat stale. I remember when DD had great donuts and rivaled other donut places. If it wasn’t for the gift card, this would have been an expensive wasted trip for donuts. Donut shops like AHA and Donut Factory will continue to get my business.

I ordered a shakin espresso & received whole milk on ice… not a shot of espresso in sight.
This is the sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever seen. Who would eat this?
Management needs to do some serious training ..

Would give 0 stars if I could .. the entire order in the trash…

The coffee was great the food tasted like it was left over from the day before. Still good for the amount I paid though. It was the $6.00 meal so can’t really complain!

I’ve had quite a few bad experiences at this Duncan, yet somehow the family still wants to go there. No more after this time. I waited almost 45 minutes to actually talk to somebody. And that was after I pulled up to the window without being told because no one would come to the speakerphone for me or the person in front of us (or the 10+ cars behind us and the 10+ cars that left). Then I had to sit at the window for 10 to 15 minutes while they saw me there and refused to come see what I needed, so I had to hold down the car horn for someone to actually come open the window and tend to an already paid customer. Then it took over 5 minutes for her to figure out how much change to give me back because I demanded a refund after waiting that long. I get it, the old lady that’s always there is the one that is holding down the fort, and it’s hard doing that on her own, but y’all have to do something different with this location or it’ll wind up being shut down like a lot of the other locations.

I’m giving this 5 start only for employee Genevie noon shift and jade morning shift. Love the vibes from manager willie. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t come get coffee here. Only times I’ve had good experience is with the people I’ve named are on shift. Everyone else lacks people skills. Jade consistently provided excellent customer service. She’s Very attentive to customers, super social and patient. Every time we come in she’s the main one attending to everyone and does the cleaning inside.. This girl is a good example of how folks want to be treated when they sit down and spend money. Coffee for some of us determines our day off to a good or bad start. The customer service we receive is just as imperative. I hope the employees I mention get the recognition they deserve.
