The food is fine, like any other taco bell, but the service is sooooooo slow. They take forever to get your food out- I only go through the drive thru and they can’t handle more than 1 or 2 cars at a time.

This is the nicest, friendliest, cleanest Taco Bell (and probably fast food restaurant) ever. Dee is our hero and our kiddos beg to come here to say hi to her. She is sunshine on a rainy day. Everyone here has been wonderful to us.
The food here seems fresher and tastier than other locations. Sure, in general, Taco Bell prices have gone up but so has the quality. The chicken cantina menu is good.
PS – Please keep the Cheez-It tostada or bring it back asap

Visitied earlier this month. Xavier was an absolute displeasure to be served by. Aside from his snarky and sarcastic disposition, the food was alright. The way he raises his voice at other workers on the floor is embarrassing and uncomfortable to witness as a customer who eats in this resturaunt. This “manager” is obviously a desperate hire.

Around 9:30 pm. The 3 Crunchy Taco Supremes I received were obviously old because they were not so crunchy anymore. The bottoms were wet and they fell apart, hard to eat, lettuce was chewy. Not worth the money and disappointing! I had already gotten home when I ate them so I was kinda stuck.
My girlfriend’s Chicken Chalupas were fresh, and packed with goodness.
The fella at the window was awesome. Accurate and friendly. I want to give more stars because of him and the good Chalupas, but the tacos were too blah.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in quite a while. I was super hungry so I drove through and ordered a burrito supreme. The guy taking my order was very friendly and upbeat. When I was in line I noticed they have a avocado green sauce and I asked to try it. They charge $0.20 per package (small like their regular sauce). My total was over $9. I got my bag and drove away. When I reached for my burrito, I couldn’t believe how small it was. I remember their bean and cheese burrito being that size! It tasted good and I really liked the new sauce. Would I go back again? Nope. I could go to a nicer place and get unlimited chips and salsa with a bigger burrito and a side of beans and rice for just a couple bucks more.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any chain of Taco Bell until this one. I will say, granted, we did have a big order that probably wasn’t expected at 8 pm. But it was not as busy as normal. The customer service was just horrible. The girl working was snooty and had an attitude written all over her face. The guys in the back were working hard, and we didn’t hear complaints or comments (they could have, but we didn’t hear). The food was more skimpy than appetizing. Hardly any toppings or a good-sized portion for anything. Food was missing from our order, and the girl up front didn’t believe that anything could be missing. Overall, this experience was just disappointing.
