The service is always the absolute worst! The owners are always in a bad mood, usually arguing with each other. The other employees clearly learn from them cause they are rude as heck too. Belinda is too aggressive, like give me 1 minute to decide on my bread lady! Ordered two sandwiches this week and barely got any meat or cheese on them. Basically paid for bread. Didn’t realize there was a lunch meat and cheese shortage. The veggies always look disgusting and old. I usually never sit and eat there but decided too, and I was super grossed out by how dirty everything was. They were just standing there, like go clean something if you have down time! Lets just say I will not be getting food from here again. Not sure how they’ve stayed in business so long!

Went to Subway for the first time in over 4 years. Paid 15 dollars for a foot long sandwich. Halfway through I found a chicken bone. Glad this wasn’t being eaten by a child.

Seeing passive aggressive notices on the doors and the front counter complaining about the new minimum wage and cutting hours is absolutely disgusting. I will never come back here again. God forbid you pay your employees some kind of compensation. Especially if you are charging 16$ for a sandwich! Like really?!

Usually I’d get service (without wearing a mask) every other trip here for the last year and a half. Today was 105° and I really needed a Vitamin ice drink but today I was refused service. I used my shirt to open the door, I immediately sanitized my hands. There was nobody else in the store, the person asked about “the mask”. I said I have a medical issue so I don’t wear one. Tells me to leave..she seemed angry. I repeated my medical issue, she blurted, “store policy!… etc”. She then loudly blurted, Have A Nice Day! ” and walked away. I guess it’s so hard to place a cup and take money. I would’ve gladly left a 5 dollar bill and say keep the change. I’ve done it before. Honestly I think she’s just lazy and chose to be rude. So, turning away customers while they have Help Wanted sign out front? Sad times.

“This subway is privately owned so we don’t do everything the same”, that’s what I got told when I asked for a deluxe. The staff there had no idea what I was asking for. Since when did the concept of ownership coincide with the knowledge one should have for their job. The last time I checked Subway is a franchise which means that anyone with the gumption and capital can operate one if they so choose. Every Subway, as far as I know, has three different meat portions available. They are regular, deluxe and double. I don’t think that private ownership has anything to do with it. I don’t think that if Subway is a franchise that follows that definition that any franchisee has the option to decide which portions are available and which aren’t. The very concept or notion of what a franchise is contests that freedom.

Went here for lunch last week. The short lady (that might be the owner)
was grumpy as usual… doesn’t smile..say thank you….then her helper was just as bad. I guess she is following her bosses bad customer service…I think I will be choosing one of the other Subways in Ukiah from now on!

Subway is a good way to build a healthy take out. The vegetables are usually decent…the meat is another thing. Out of necessity, the meats have to be pre-cooked, but it affects flavor. The cold cut meat should be replaced…it is not worth paying. The overall experience at any Subway for me depends a lot on the staff. Some are so much better than others, even if the food is just ok, the staff can make or break a decision whether or not a customer returns.
