Showed up on a Saturday and waited over 35 minutes for two sandwiches. Underneath the counter was absolutely disgusting and full of old bread and other debris. One person working with no hair, cover and served multiple other customers before my wife and I.
After 30 minutes and nothing we asked for a refund and we’re told that we would receive it within 5 to 7 business days with a stupid smile on his face. Wasted my entire lunch hour and still nothing to eat. Zero stars!

Absolutely the worst Penn Station I have ever been to. I did an online order, arrived 15 minutes later, food wasn’t even started, even though there wasn’t a single soul in the establishment! The 2 workers commenced to talk about getting high when they got home and playing their video games. Of course my order was wrong, no big surprise there. I’m not sure who the manager is, but there definitely is a need for some training and supervision.

I just placed an order on DoorDash for a large club sandwich and a large cheesesteak sandwich! However, they mistakenly sent me two cheesesteak sandwiches, leaving my family hungry since I am the only one who enjoys cheesesteak! Do you not understand that people make specific orders for a reason? If you are too lazy to perform your job, perhaps you should consider quitting! I’m warming up one sandwich in my air fryer the other one which has a completely different name attached to it as you can see is still wrapped in the fridge!

This place used to be great, but now they have taken a nosedive and it was terrible. The large fry used to could be enough for 6 hunger fire fighters and now it’s not enough for 2 people. I asked the person who brought it out and she said that’s all we get for a large fry. Plus the fries were overcooked and cold. I order a Chicken Parmesan sandwich and the marinara sauce came on the side ( I did not request that ). Since when did you start getting a small cold cup of marinara sauce on the side when ordering a Chicken Parmesan sandwich? This place used to be great and hopefully with some improvements it will be good again.

Ordered a regular club with no tomatoes, (have a light tomato allergy), and no mustard.
What I received was a club with lots of tomato, lots of mustard, and no bacon…
I had ordered this to go, when I got home and found out, I called and asked if I could return the wrongly made sub, and get one made right.
I was told no. If I wanted it made right, I would have to purchase a new sub.
My girlfriend’s sub was made correctly, and her thoughts on the sub was, “eh, it’s ok. But the fries are really good”.
Learned my lesson, and we’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s now.

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in Tennessee.
Being from Philadelphia, I am hypercritical of sandwiches, but this went so much farther than the mediocre sandwich.
I only went to this place because it’s called Penn Station East Coast Subs. I’m expecting some genuine hoagies.
I order a mixed cheese hoagie and they make a cheesesteak… so they had to make a new one and they literally put 3 slices of cheese on the sandwich. One slice of provolone on one side, a slice of American in the middle and a slice of Swiss on the other side.
I have been eating cheese hoagies since I had a kid and it’s layered cheeses. I have never in my life seen something so pathetic.
The sandwich was almost 13 bucks too so for 3 pieces of cheese I was pretty upset. The bread was skimpy and doughy. Not even mediocre, just all around bad bread.
The sandwich was BAD.
The fries were ok at best. Didn’t have much of a taste besides salt. They looked really good in the pictures but were very disappointing. Also in the pictures they had cheese whiz and when I asked about it they had no clue what I was talking about.
The lemonade just plain sucked. No ice, just warm gross lemonade.
For my meal of (terrible skimpy) sub, mediocre French fries and a warm lemonade, it was 28 bucks. After my food was made the kid informed me the company is based in Ohio…

After waiting 25 minutes I asked the person at the register for an update; they looked around and realized my order was taken but never made.
There were three people working behind the counter but somehow my order was never started.

I usually don’t do this but this is absolutely unacceptable! Ordered dinner on DoorDash for my family! I got a large cheesesteak for me and a large club sandwich for my kids! They gave me two cheesesteak sandwiches which my kids HATE!!!! So now I’ve got to deal with them crying cause they have to eat cereal, which is meant for their breakfast!!! And as I’m warming my sandwich up I just noticed an entirely different name and also on both sandwiches there is not ONE vegetable in sight! Literally meat and cheese that’s it! I’m so pissed off right now! I understand EVERYBODY hates working but if ur too lazy to do your job please just quit!

Fries are soggy and old. Sandwich’s are slung together without care and shoved across the counter just to get you to leave. Very disappointed; used to be a great shop.
