The crew that were working on Friday 3/6 at 2 p.m. were amazing!! I walked in to get a sandwich at the Dolphin Village JM’s and there was quite a long line of people getting subs. The staff handled it like champs and I was in and out the door in 5 minutes. The staff were patient and friendly with everyone. They all deserve a raise!! And my sandwich was delicious as always!!

Watching football and saw a Jersey Mike’s commercial so we decided to grab some subs. Walked in and Sylvia welcomed us right away with a sweet and genuine greeting. She took our order and made our subs. She talked us in to buying the fresh baked cookies she just made. Everything tasted great! We ate our food and commented how she never stopped working. When there were no customers waiting to be served she was busy sweeping. You’re very lucky to have a nice young hardworking employee like Sylvia. We will be back for the great food and excellent service!

Went to the Jersey Mike’s Gulf Blvd St Pete Beach location and was so pleasantly welcomed by Sylvia. She then made the most delicious Mike’s Original Cheese Steak sub.
The food was great and hit the spot, but what made the experience even better was how friendly and nice Sylvia was. Thank you for hiring such great people as Sylvia – it makes a difference when we’re deciding where to grab a bite!

This franchise owner clearly hired the best young people to deal with high volume intake at all hours of the day!
The most professional and courteous people gave us the best service and sandwiches that they can come up with after a huge rush almost wiped them out. They still came through and gave us the best customer service and sandwiches I can ask for. I will be coming back and I encourage everybody to give them a chance. Clearly the best sandwiches on the beach If not in all of St Petersburg!

Had a steak & cheese today that was absolutely delicious. Jersey Mikes along with all the other businesses in Dolphin Plaza deserve some slack as they have remained opened and operational after 2 major hurricanes and than a devastating fire, I am sure that their scheduling is difficult to predict not only with the weather but in a plaza that many believe is fully closed, which is not the case.
Please know that the majority of us see this and understand that wait times may be different based on demand and lunch hours.

2 hour wait. No communication. Waiting by the mobile order rack and they completely ignore you while continuing to serve the in-house orders. I politely let them know i was here to pick up and they served 10 more people in line.
I understand if they are understaffed or simply less efficient but communication is the bare minimum.
Went in for a refund. No apology. No words at all. The time spent giving me a refund could have made two cold sandwiches.

I feel bad for the workers. Came in the other day and saw only two girls working a huge rush! having two workers run a rush is unprofessional and bad for both parties. The poor girls looked like they were struggling bad! Will not eat here again until the higher ups or whoever is in charge gets this place staffed properly!

Normally my steak kahunas are fuller. They didn’t cut the bed back enough so the meat didn’t start til half way in the middle of it was kinda dry. Not like Michigan subs. I ordered ahead so it was ready for pick up when I got there.
