I ordered online along with two of my coworkers and went to pick up three separate orders and when I got there, I told them my orders I was picking up and they put the biggest order on the Togo rack and then did the same with the other one, and I was waiting for another 15 minutes after that and The guy asked me what I was waiting on after I had already told him what orders I was picking up whenever I told him my name he handed me a bag that was sat behind the counter. I don’t know how long it had been sitting there as I was waiting on it, but it was a small order. It was a four in sub He handed me my order didn’t even give me a cup. I had to ask for one otherwise they would’ve just not given me a cup and my sub was so soggy. It should have been toasted it’s steak but it didn’t seem like it was. It had so much mayonnaise on it, it was drenched in mayo. Absolutely disgusting, inedible. I will not be eating here again!! Especially not for $15 for a 4 in sub meal!! That’s highway robbery for horrible food and horrible service.

Went in at 12:00, there was only three people waiting in front of us but It took them about 5-10 minutes to. Complete a single order. We didn’t leave u til 12:45. The lady behind the register was clearly poorly trained because she had to get a co-worker for every single thing we put on the order. Was very annoyed it took so long and wished I had kept my receipt so I could have left. Really poor service here.

We love Firehouse Subs because of the food, the people they support, and the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. The workers were very nice and made me feel welcome. We ordered and ate inside. I got a medium Italian sub with a loaded potato soup. The sub was as delicious as expected. This was my first time having the loaded potato soup, and it was a little thin and watery. But that’s not really their specialty, so I cannot complain too much. The food is a little pricey, but the quality speaks for itself.

They have the most excellent subs ever, so go try this place out, it is definitely worth trying to eat there or take-out, also the ppl that work there are great at what they do, and it doesn’t take long either to get your food, way better than subway!!! My opinion, also the best person to make your food would be a girl named Kay, she makes the best subs, she puts love in making her food for you, thanks and appreciate the food, was excellent!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, I’m currently waiting for a call back from the owner 12 hours after chipping my tooth just to be told she needs to check around because she can’t just believe me. Was told there is always a manager but when I called and asked for one I was told to call back Friday.WITH A CHIPPED FRONT TOOTH.
Edited to add that my front tooth is still chipped and this restaurant doesn’t properly store its meat in any containers apparently it’s kept in plastic baggies in the fridge. This owner is everything that’s wrong with Asheville. I’m disgusted with her and the entire company at this point. A horrible human being.
Edited to also add that this has been an issue with insurance as well that I’m trying to scam someone because my last name has changed due to a divorce. She’s a crooked human stay far far away. The one up the street is clean with amazing management and staff!
I’m going to edit this review everyday no one reaches back out to me. I would also like to add after the horrifying experience of finding a foreign object in my food the owner has yet to even apologize and refunded me the amount of only the sandwich before tax $9 on a $25 meal.
Edit to add a year later I still have a chipped front tooth. Stay as far away from this place as you can. The staff at the Patton location are amazing and worked to resolve this for me through the company before the owner of this store ever contacted me. I call as soon as the incident happened and was told it would be a 3 day wait for a manager, I contacted the Patton location and even though they had no obligation because they were not involved they even remade my food for me and had me in contact with a area supervisor immediately.

Food is normally really good but our visit it was average this time. Not sure why. This wont keep me away. I’ll be back. Overall their food is really delicious. No previous concerns.
