Would be best if they had someone at the driveway thru that 1. Understood your order. Maybe use someone that speaks English fluently? 2. Could make a coffee ordered with cream & sugar, actually have both of them included. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to take it back for them to add the sugar and they look at you like it’s your fault. Poor worker attitude with a few of the drive thru employees while others are great.

This is my favorite location to go to! Not only because I live like less than 2 blocks away but because of Jamila, Bethany & Tania – the customer service I’ve received from them every single time I come in, is such a warm, welcoming experience. Staff can play a huge impact on how a business is ran and I truly believe that these 3 young ladies keep it together (this is MY opinion + MY experience – I cannot speak for others)
But yes definitely 10/10 Recommend coming to this Tim Hortons if you are in the area and/or looking for a new location to start goin! Thanks again, guys! Amazing customer service!

Ordered carry out chicken panini and 3 chili’s
Got home and there was no chicken on the panni just cheese.
Chili was not even 1/2 full
Tasted awful
They just can’t get it tigether

Ugh, big L at Tim Hortons tonight . Got there at 8:51pm, they close at 9, thought I’d make it . Nope. Staff was super rude, especially the girl and guy just chillin’ inside doing NOTHING. Like, hello, customer here? Dried up my gas and wasted my time for NOTHING. Would NOT recommend this location. 1/5 stars, and that’s being generous. Should’ve gone to the one by my house… ♂️

Got a ham and swiss sandwhich. After taking a bite and noticing a nasty taste, i needed to inspect. This is what i found, the lettuce has obviously been out for days, moldy. The cheese had a slime to it. The ham and tomatoes/ciabatta bread bun- were as expected, fine.
Somebody is not cleaning the food trays, and replacing the food before it becomes stale/bad in proper time.
Edit – this was at approx 2pm, no later than 230. Neither mine or my moms coffee was stirred either.. its an easy fix, fresh lettuce every morning, and stir the coffee before giving to the customer.. whoever was managing making the food at this time, id probably reccomend for termination if i was in a management position.
This is not what should be expected from an $7 sandwhich, at this commercial establishment- or any establishment.

I was in your store on Thanksgiving. The girl that waited on me used the same gloves to get my donuts and take my money. I said something to her about her gloves and she just smiled at me. I sat in the store to drink my coffee and watched her just keep on waiting on people and cashing them out eith the same gloves. I call the stoto talk to a manager 4 times 2 times they never answered 2 times they hung up on me. That so needs to be addressed. You won’t top off my coffee because of covid but you don’t enforce changing gloves when you handle the money

The coffee is almost like water and it tastes horrible. The service was awful. They didnt change their gloves when working with different foods and my croissant was cold and was stale.

Never have fresh bagels , terrible service. Food is terrible 10/10 times. You’d think at such a prime location off of hall rd they would step up management but instead let this place go down hill. Can’t even mix an ice cap right and when you send it back they look at you like your dumb. Happily going somewhere else.

Great place to grab coffee early in the morning. The place is clean, the beverages, meals, and staff are great. This location is also adjacent to a Wendy’s but it doesn’t open at the same time as Tim Hortons.

So I ordered 2 donuts And there was this worker, she threw them in the bag at first she didn’t care that the person who paid needs to eat it so I said “may you please put it in a box?” And she said ok but she smeared it with the box and it is the worst customer service I’ve ever had don’t waste your money on this place. Pls Value customers and value money too bcoz we spend then you earn.
