Good Starbucks in a busy shopping plaza conveniently located next to other shops. It wasn’t crowded when we went. Staff were quick and courteous, even talking to us about their baked goods recommendations. Seating area and drink prep area behind the line were clean. Coffee was also good and standard. Don’t order any kinds of coffee items on Monday, especially the day that the big black woman, with insidious attitude that target certain customer for fun and no reason by giving very very bitter coffee which probably from the old batch that even one sip is undrinkable and every single time I ask for a straw, she ignores me so I need to take it by myself. I really don’t like to face such insidious vibes every single time I order some drink being a customer who pays for that drink.
It’s not that this issue is only for that targeted person, but the issue of that possibility caused from that insidious person that shift the target and bringing down the reputation of that branch!!!

I’m not a huge Starbucks fan and this strip mall is hit or miss for me. This Starbucks is great, ultra friendly Staff that are one point and extremely courteous. Coffee is always 7000 degrees because of the brand but fresh as anything. Next time I’m stuck in traffic, I’ll be back. Service AAA and clean enough to ear off the floor

Nothing like feeling ignored for my race… I’ll never come in here again. I was nothing but pleasant when I came in and stood to order for more than 5 minutes at the counter to be ignored. When my order was finally taken, it was met with an eye roll before the total was called out. The general attitude and vibe of the staff was as though I was a terrible person for not being black.

Mighty is absolutely amazing!! I made a mobile order to the wrong store and he took care of everything with the an empathy I haven’t seen a while. All other employees also supported on making sure I got my order right despite being my own mistake. Extremely thankful for such and amazing group.

Tricky promo. Today I was in the store 254-21 Horace Harding Expy in NY. I found a promo called “Gifting on the go”. In a basket and in the storage says that. I picked up cup, that, with the discount I should pay 8.40 dollars. The cashier told me that the final price instead of that was the full price because that item wasnt in promotion. Your staff was a Iittle rude, and even I show’em the ubication of the product and the price, refused to give the discount.
