They give priority for the people who order to go. Waiters and cashiers see you get in the restaurant and don’t bother assisting you. I used to love this place but service is sooo bad they need new workers. Food is good but the times ive been here they seem to always forget something. One time i asked about my order of fries she said it was on the way i finished my food 30 minutes later. I think overall they need to know how deal with customers and IMPROVE service.

We stopped in here for a quick bite and were served immediately. The waitress answered all of our questions and the food was brought out in a timely manner. Everything tasted really good. The atmosphere is bright, colorful, and fun. I saw in other reviews for the volume on the TV was very loud, but we did not have this issue. You could hear it, but it was definitely not overwhelming. The only odd thing was that they removed the pickled cabbage from the table while we were still eating, so I thought that was a little bit odd. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely go back.

Went today for lunch with my boss. I started off with a chicken tamale it was the size of 4 tamales it was filled with chicken and potatoes it was very good.then I ordered the parradilla 12 grill it had grilled chicken beef shrimp sausage a full plate of rice beans a salad and tortillas and it was 20.00$ I will go here once a week to get this I recommend this to any and everybody

Loved the pupusas. The pastelitos were ok. Wouldn’t not recommend the classic salad as it was 95 percent lettuce with no dressing.

Waitress kept forgetting our order. She was very distracted. She started taking an order by phone while in the middle of taking our order, which was very rude. Then she got my order wrong. Another waitress was spilling another customers food while taking it to them and she left a trail of liquid on the floor and she never even bothered to clean it up. There was no soap in the bathroom which is very unsanitary. Overall not a great experience. If you decide to eat here it’s better to get it to go. They seem very unprofessional.

Visiting from Arizona decided to try Doña Carmen pupuseria in Mansfield it was BOMB!!! I highly recommend this spot. Real Authentic Central American food. Best pupusas, Baleadas and Pollo con tajadas that I’ve ever had. I’m out here for 2 weeks and I’m definitely going back for more.

Came by with a few friends, the food was delicious. Service was not good at all. I recommend calling in your order before, the wait is long. We waited for a good while for our food, which didn’t come out altogether. We asked the waitress for a cup with ice more than 3 times waited like 10 minutes or so for it then I had to get up and get it myself, and that took a bit too for someone to come to the register to assist me. There was one nice and atte time waitress, sadly didn’t get her name, but will definitely not dine in again.
