I usually enjoy eating here but I and many other guests were met with an incredibly rude worker. not sure of his name but he was working tonight on register, made so many people uncomfortable with how he spoke. he was just completely disrespectful, making rude comments about people and even shushing people. quite truthfully a disgusting experience and will not return until this problem has been fixed.

In the mall. Great atmosphere and lots of great memories. Food courts in malls are becoming rare at least here in the southeast. As always, customer service at Chick-fil-A is terrific, as well as the food. Highly recommend.

Valetta was the cashier on my order and she was pleasant at first all I ordered was a large fry and I work in the mall too I was just asking her if she could grab my melts the fry so I could go back to work and she got the rudest attitude with me very unpleasant experience

My food was terrible chicken nuggets Luke warm /cold waffle fries cold and dry my sandwich only ordered pepper jack but instead had m2 slices of some other…..the only good part was my coke and ice sad thing is I just worked 12 hr and too tired to go back

I’m never one to complain, and my husband & I are frequent chick-fil-a customers. However, our experience at this chick-fil-a was beyond negative—not necessarily due to the cashier that took my order but the (what looked to be) manager on duty. She gave unnecessary and uncalled for attitude, making it my first unwelcoming experience at chick-fil-a.

One of the worst Chick-fil-as ever…. no one in front of me when I ordered. Even when after there were only like 3 people to order food the whole 15 MINUTES I was waiting on my order. Which tbh I usually wouldn’t mind, but that’s longer than even the lines I sit in their drive through at other locations.. Only For my order to be half wrong, and the fries I got were the fries that had been sitting stale in the window since before I walked up… tasted terrible, grease all over the place, kitchen staff was just chilling behind in the kitchen the whole time I stood their and their drinks tasted like it needed to be changed.
