Really nice wine bar. Glad to have finally got out. It was very busy on a Saturday ~7:00pm but it was also Valentine’s Day. We were a walk in group and eventually got the couch in the back. The wine and food selection is really nice. I recommend a stop in for all group sizes and for a large selection of wines and charcuterie.

This place is excellent!! How did I not know it existed??? Awesome little French bistro with tapas platters great for sharing – pate, salmon tartine, crab devil eggs… And we didn’t even get to the cheese. Of course amazing wine including a great bottle of Sancere. C’est manifique!!

Excellently curated wine selection without being overwhelming with a remarkably harmonious dinner menu. The staff are very kind an friendly, and Niko is quite knowledgeable in regards to his craft. Don’t miss out on nights when there is music on the patio. I look forward to coming here again and will certainly recommend it to others.

Belleville Wine Bar has easily become my favorite spot in Reno—and honestly, it stands out by a mile.

From the moment you walk in, it’s the atmosphere and the people that hook you. It feels warm, welcoming, and effortless, like you’ve stepped into a friend’s cozy, stylish living room. The owner, Niko, is incredibly kind and genuine, always happy to chat about the wines and his yummy dishes in a way that feels approachable and easy to enjoy. His enthusiasm is contagious, and the staff is just as great—friendly, attentive, and really good at making everyone feel comfortable. The whole place has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that’s hard to find and easy to love.

And the wine absolutely delivers. The selection is unique and thoughtfully curated, with interesting, delicious options you won’t find everywhere else. Every glass I’ve had has been fantastic—balanced, full of character, and clearly chosen with care. If you love great wine and a welcoming space, this should be your go-to. Highly recommend.

The owner himself pushed a higher-priced bottle on us (we were just discussing as an option) and refused to describe the other wines to us when he got back to our table, which is strange considering this is a wine bar. Also, he noticeably gave us different treatment than my lighter complexion companions, at the same table no less. Overpriced charcuterie board. The servers were extremely nice; I only gave 1 star because of the owner; also the reason I will not return. I was excited to try this place, but this kind of service just lost some customers. If not for the great company, I would’ve just walked out at the wine order.

The experience at Belleville Wine Bar is unique throughout all of Reno, NV. Every dish was absolutely decadent, you literally cannot go wrong with anything you order. The Seafood Happy Hour on Sundays is INCREDIBLE. The owner, Nico, is so pleasant and personable, willing to share his passion for wine to make sure your experience is nothing short of amazing.

Tucked away with the unassuming charm of a well-kept secret, Belleville Wine Bar is a gem of quiet sophistication. Its cozy, intimate ambiance invites guests to linger, glass in hand, as if they’ve stumbled upon a favorite Parisian haunt, only closer to home.

The wine list is thoughtfully curated, expansive without being overwhelming, and pairs exquisitely with an impressive selection of charcuterie. But it’s the menu’s unexpected indulgences that elevate the experience: fresh lobster rolls, a refined smoked salmon tartine, king crab legs, and oysters on the half shell, all prepared with an attention to detail that speaks volumes of the kitchen’s quiet artistry.

Service is as warm and attentive as the setting, striking that rare balance between graciousness and ease. In short, Belleville Wine Bar is not merely recommended. It’s a place to return to, again and again.

This wine bar is adorable! Came here for a girls night & it did not disappoint. We did tapas style food options and it was great, everything paired well with the wine. The staff were attentive and very kind, and our glasses never stayed empty. The owner was a nice guy and stopped by to check in and chat, and even held the door open for us as we left. Totally recommend for a nice glass of wine and a good time!

Ahh what a special place in Reno. I was visiting from the bayarea and it blew my socks off. The wine selection is superb and has many appetizers and entrees that are delightful. I ordered the anchovy, salmon, and lobster roll. The anchovy was smooth creamy and melted in your mouth. Hardly any saltiness to it. Magnificent. We had foie gras which was excellent. We had a French triple cream and a hard italian cheese. Paired wonderful with our Kir Royale and wine selection. It is so refreshing to see such an array of wine selections in Reno by the glass outside of the US. It was percent memorable. Don’t miss out on this gem. And for the love of food and wine, Reno, don’t let this place close! A votre sante!
