What an amazing place! The owners are so passionate about the food they are preparing (from scratch!), and it comes through in the flavors and their kindness. I’m vegetarian and my husband is not, but a day after we ate here, he is still talking about how amazing the quinoa burger was! I had the tofu salad, also wonderful, and the secret sauce that is used on both is just phenomenal. The lemonade and chai were perfect — not too sweet — and we finished off with two no-way-are-these-actually-vegan (they are) cookies. Could not have asked for a better meal!

We struck gold at On the Vedge! We loved the incredible dishes and the prices. The Samosas were to die for! They have a wonderful mix of sandwiches, wraps and bowls. The dishes are full of variety, and the spices were extraordinary. Vegan or not, this place is for everyone. It has nice a small but nice outdoor seating area. We will be back!!!

Excellent lunch! We found this place when walking around Bisbee last weekend and wish there was one in our city. Fabulous food: tasty, fresh, creative, healthy, and felt like it was cooked with love. The menu is inspired by International cuisine – lots of Asian dishes. Portions are generous and pricing is fair. The service was wonderful and we sat at a cute outdoor table.
We had a tofu bahn mi on warm, crusty French bread and a salad/noodle bowl with flavors and textures that were completely satisfying. Thank you for sharing your food with people.

Wow! My mom and I ordered lunch today and had a super delicious meal! We had the quinoa burger, the falafel wrap, the samosas and some homemade cookies. Everything was delicious and the owner, Mike, is super friendly and nice! We are going to become new regulars here.

Love to see a vegan restaurant while on a trip. There’s a small outdoor seating that’s open currently, enough to accommodate 3-4 tables. We ordered falafel wrap, samosa and quinoa burger. The wrap was one of the best vegan wraps I have had. The quinoa burger was good too. Being an Indian, I can tell that the samosa served wasn’t actually a samosa but more like a puff though it tasted decent.

We were lucky to be passing thru Bisbee and to have found this scrumptious vegetarian place. The curry of the day packed a lot of flavor and the quinoa burger bowl was delish and satisfying. I liked the food so much, I made sure to stop by on our way to the Chiricahuas . Second time around , we had the falafel bowl and the chimichuri sandwich. Both were equally yummy!

Can’t say enough good things about On the Vedge. My partner and I spent two months in Bisbee this past winter, and this spot became our go-to. This is vegan food at its absolute pinnacle—I’m still dreaming about those homemade samosas and ginger cookies. Mike, the owner, is so friendly and accommodating; he made us feel like locals from our first visit. Can’t wait to come back.

This is a wonderful new Bisbee outdoor cafe! The vegan menu will make you want to become a vegan. I had a fantastic homemade Quinoa Burger with delicious cashew and tarragon sauce on salad with fresh avocado! Don’t forget a homemade chocolate chip cookie and coffee. This place made me smile.

This place is so good we decided to go twice in one day. We tried the falafel bowl, halal cart chickpeas and rice, shawarma, and the curry. All were incredible. This place has some of the best hummus we’ve ever had. Best part is it is all vegan. Everything is made from scratch and it shows in the quality. Can’t wait until the next time we are in Bisbee to eat here again!

Not an average vegan place, I’m shocked with how much flavor is in each plate. Love this place and so happy they opened. Will be visiting them again to taste something else on the menu. The only regret I have was not eating their sooner.
