This Church’s chicken is absolutely amazing. For me, it’s hard to spend money at fast food and always be disappointed. Honestly, id rather just cook at home. With Reina as the manager at this Church’s chicken, i never walk away disappointed. She is on top of the rush of customers filling up the drive thru lane. She trains her employees the exact same way she would work, bc when she’s not around I get the same exact service! My food is always fresh, set as needed, and replaced when not available. She provides amazing customer service and a friendly atmosphere. I’m lucky that I can trust her to provide a delicious meal for my family. I have full faith she will always make it great! I use the app the most to order, she made it easy for me to get the same service and food as I would if I went to the drive thru lane. I’m telling you, they don’t make fast food like this church’s chicken does.

I did not get complete order. Called and the person that ckd me out answered and was totally rude. She insisted it was my mistake! I was not about to argue with her and hung up. Besides the order the chicken was mostly crust and the leg a small piece. Church’s quality has really decreased and frankly so is Popeyes!!

Ordered the bbq boneless wings with fries. The wings are really good. The fries were a little dry but were okay. Also ordered the honey butter biscuits. They are amazing! I would definitely recommend ordering the honey butter biscuits. All together, for my first time eating here, the food was outstanding.

I love Church’s Fried Chicken. Dined in and restaurant was filthy, hot and when asked for another ‘spork’ the woman said later and then forgot to get me one and even walked off. A nice gentleman helped me and apologized. A suggestion; maybe get a bit more expensive ‘sporks’. See pic of one of my three sporks. The heat of the chicken melted it.

Ordered online for pickup and had ordered 1 two piece chicken original and 1 two piece spicy chicken meal w/ mashed potato along with 2 side orders (1 Mac&cheese and 1 okra). Got there for pickup after the time it gave me and had to wait longer as they hadn’t had it ready yet but also had confusion on it not being a Doordash order. None of that matters to me and I don’t mind waiting and no one was behind me so no rush. Unfortunately when I finally got home and gave out the food, both sets of chicken were regular and the okra was exchanged for another order of mashed potato. The food we did get was okay but bland (definitely not “bold”), like school cafeteria food which cannot be blamed on the workers because it is a chain. The mac&cheese was just flavorless mush.
