Be careful with the girl at the register. We asked her for a receipt because we felt like she was over charging us, and she got so mad she almost yelled at us saying she can’t give us a receipt basically just said NO! So we just left it at that, we didn’t want them messing with our food. Once I got home I realized the hot sauce she gave us was just an empty used container. Never again going to that place.

I use to go to the Long beach location 1601 E 7th St but it’s closed now. Anyway, I would go on Taco Tuesday to get $1.49 carne, asada, pollo tacos. The best Mexican food that Ive tried in CA. The cashier was fast in delivering the food. The tacos are small, meat plentiful,and flavorful. I got full off of 3 tacos always. I miss this restaurant.

This place is cool. It’s in an old Taco Bell location. So it’s a drive-thru. Although it does have some limited seating outside. The people that work there seem very friendly. My husband and I started going here on Tuesdays. They have $2 Taco Tuesdays with lots of different meat options. I love that it is an independent business. I have tried the carne asada and adobado street tacos and my husband had tried all the other styles. Between the 2 of us..we liked them all. Definitely try this place.

My asada fries have no flavor, the cheese is hard, the sprinkle of a different kind of cheese is just disrespectful at this point. No other place has hurt me this way , Del Taco has a better flavor with bigger fries and better tasting meat. It’s also cheaper. The fries were covered in oil like no one shook the basket and it’s pooling on the bottom.
My stomach hurt immediately after trying it and to top it off they told me there was nothing put on it ( I asked ) and there was guacamole under the meat. Which would have been fine if it was placed over the meat , however it is definitely hot now . Like a stale salsa because it too does not have flavor. Supper disappointed

I see the reviews about the cheese being hard on nachos and stuff. I think it’s cause they use real cheese not the processed stuff. You guys can make a cheese sauce with sodium citrate.(What’s in Krafts cheese) And it won’t be as processed.
The pico taste good though, tasted fresh. So I think this place is decent. Just needs the finishing touches and they’ll get to 5 stars. And yikes $20 for nachos? I hope there’s a cheaper option.

Got some super nachos they are loaded with guacamole and cheese beans rice
and nice crunchy chips that stay crunchy don’t get soggy. Their red and green sauce is super tasty. Well worth it

The third time they get my order wrong. I ordered no onion in my tacos, lady who took my order said okay, go up the window when she gave me my order I asked to confirm that they didn’t have onion, she confirmed, as I’m placing them on my passenger side I could smell the onion, looked at them and indeed had onion, I told her and she pretended she couldn’t hear being me still at the window and then said that there was only onion and cilantro, no just cilantro. I’ve gotten tacos without onion. Just acknowledge there was an error on their part, don’t confim something that is not true.

NOOOOO ❗ I CANNOT BELIVE THIS I have gone almost 10 years without eating meat I ordered a bean burrito the same as I do literally every other day of my life from this place and for some reason they decided to put two things I cannot have meat and tomatoes I did not ask for either of these things I do not eat meat and yet today I had some in my mouth this was disgusting this was unkind this was not cool at all I will never eat here again I would not trust this place if I was you

Don’t know what Adalbertos some of the revews are written about, but the one on Del Amo and Belflower is great. I agree with with the narrow entrance though I still go with my SUV. My teens love love ❤️ it! The pictures I’ve posted show a regular Carne Asada burrito, just chicken enchiladas no rice and beans, and two Pollo Asado tacos. I’m a medium large female hand, so you know that burrito is huge! Best of all the taste is delicious
