I absolutely love Firebox55! This place is so amazing! They are accommodating, consistent and welcoming! The kitchen staff never disappoints! The waitstaff is professional and friendly! The cocktails are out of this world and the bbq is the best in the area! The pork is out of this world! If you haven’t tried this place, you need to ASAP!!

The brisket is among the best I’ve ever had. The flavor profile of their sandwich is fantastic and does not over power the meat.
An honorable mention also goes to the pastrami and the sweet potato fries do not disappoint.
I would also recommend getting two sides, because the coleslaw is worth it.

Stopped here for lunch after a morning at the park and it hit the spot. The BBQ was delicious, portions were generous, and service was friendly. It’s the kind of place that works well for families but would also be a great casual stop with friends. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time experimenting with the different barbecue sauces and the menu is top-notch. Our waitress told us her favorites and then we experimented. Loved the Cuban bowl and the quarter smoke chicken platter.

This was our first time at Firebox 55 and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Blake, our waiter was great! The food: I ordered the Firebox burger with pulled pork added and my wife ordered the Gridley to which we were both impressed on how good everything tasted. So first impression: great service, fantastic food, we walked in hungry and left full, satisfied and planning our next time back. Definitely would recommend.

People who work here are very friendly! Food is absolutely superb. Sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Bean soup was a savory delight. The ribs were unbelievably juicy and literally falls right off the bone. Highly recommended!!

Atmosphere is great. Service was okay, waiter was new. Food took a long time. Wife loved the burger. The mac and cheese and coleslaw were good. Bbq Meat items on my platter were a little over done, but tasty. Wish everything wasn’t so dry and chewy. I’ll try again for sure.

Wow! I was craving a chicken sandwich and, dang. They completed a masterful chicken sandwich! The sandwich was perfectly crispy and spicy, (I got the Nashville hot). I had them add coleslaw for some extra crunch, flavor and as a cooling factor. So so good! I signed up for the rewards program because I know I’ll be back to try a burger next time. The atmosphere is cool and laid back. There is outdoor seating as well. Service was also great!!
